Alex is quick to respond, solution oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. Alex and his crew have saved us a few times, first with a leaking fridge, then with a washer and dryer repair. When my newly purchased dryer wouldn’t fit down my narrow basement stairs, Alex’s quick solution was to disassemble and transport the dryer downstairs, then reassembled. It was an extra bonus that he even brought the old dryer back up that narrow staircase and outside so it’s ready to be hauled away. Alex’s above and beyond customer service assures we’ll be calling him for all of our appliance repair needs.

My fridge flooded on a Friday afternoon. It was a disaster. Alex came out late that evening, likely after hours and stopped the leaking diagnosed the problem and had a quote to repair it Monday. He fixed it by Wednesday when other people said Samsungs were too hard to work on. He was polite, ‘professional, clean, and very pleasant. Really grateful to have found him. He definitely held up the 5 star reviews I looked at prior to calling.

Alex’s first move on the phone, before he even took the job, was to help me turn off a breaker to make sure the house was safe. And then he and his team were able to come within an hour of calling, show me the shoddy installation on my oven hood, and make it even better than new. Amazing!

My dryer in my grooming shop has never been serviced and was neglected. The men at AAR were fantastic and super efficient and nice. They gave me a ton of information and went above and beyond.

My refrigerator went out on Friday evening, of course, on Monday morning I called three places and couldn’t get anyone to come out for a couple of days. When I called AAR a different story, they were polite and helpful and made an appointment for the same day, yippee. When Alex came out he was sweet and very professional, and even cleaned everything up when he was finished. And best of all he fixed my refrigerator and told me how to avoid the problem in the future. I would absolutely recommend him.
