Wow just wow! I've been back and forth from this store and the other store on Stark. I stopped going to that one because of the store manager Scotty. He is underhanded and lies and hates people in general. I pulled up the other day and saw him there. I just keeped going. I've been with them for a long time even after they destroyed my car! Not sure if I am coming back.

This is a nice and pleasant place for general car care.the men are so nice and accomodating and very informative and knowledgable and if they cant deal with your issue.they will fwd you to a place that you can trust.

I have found Honest1 to have the best prices in the area! I love how convenient it is to book online, and more often than not you even get your first choice date of service. Bob at the front is pleasant and fun to talk to. I am happy to have found a reliable repair shop with competitive prices local. I would highly recommend their services.

Team was professional, friendly, and helpful. Clear communication about what the issues were with my car, and what was "must fix", "should fix", and "keep an eye on". Really appreciate the service they provided.

To make a long story short, made an appointment at this location by accident with my Groupon card that was for another location, these folks were much more pleasant to deal with than the one I have to go to. I will come back to this location before I go to the other from this point on! Very nice people.

We brought our vehicle in for a undercarriage problem, and they got it wrong at first and argued, then when our vehicle ran wrong and we called saying hey they fixed it after it did some damage. But when they changed out the axel part they took our brand new rotors off! Having us to pay another huge amount of money to replace. We have had more issues with them working on our vehicle then it did going in! There not HONEST and whoever works on your car don’t know much about cars. BEWARE.

Went in for one specific problem was told I had a whole list of other problems like a dead battery even though not even a month before was told my batter was fine by the dealership. Have yet to have a batter problem

Quick and courteous work. I am extremely pleased I chose to call them! I will 100% be going back for any future work on my van.

Way too spendy. Got my alternator done for half price at E&N auto. Also they tried to swipe me on my serp belt but what they didn't know I had just replaced it a few months back. Also they charge for diagnosis, which most mechanics will tell you that's their job to figure out what's wrong with it first.

Had a routine oil change, with my 21 point inspection. Nice that it's digital. Found out I have a couple seeps that I will monitor. Thanks.

I will never bring my car here. The man at the counter was very rude and then wanted to charge me $40 more then what was quoted when I called to set up my appointment. I got much better service at jiffy lube so that tells you something about this place.

They could not get me in at the time I wanted next week so they moved some stuff around and took me right away! Amazingly friendly staff and great service for my old car. My son and I were treated like family. I don't see how you could take your car anywhere else.

Honest prices and they straight up take care of whatever needs to be done. Took both of my vehicles there and they didn't disappoint.

Great prices and the only shop we take our Honda or Porche to for oil changes. Cute little internet waiting room with a play area for kids.

Bunch of upcharcharging scam artists especially guys at front desk. I believe that you started the estimate at 2500. You were going to do the repairs if I paid. I don't think you got your cards in order. In the end, all I ask is that you treat people with respect and dignity.

They always do a great job with excellent customer service. Very nice place 100% recommendation to anyone.

Friendly staff, inviting location they have a kids zone. They took care of the oil change and recommend one additional service. I would go back again.
