I have been a patient of Dr. Reichlein for about 12 years.
I recently went for my cleaning and exams. I am always impressed at the cutting edge technology and efficiency of the staff. My hygienist was delightful.so friendly. Dr. Reichlein was as cheerful and thorough as always. I feel so fortunate to have such a great team caring for my oral health. Today, it seems so many medical professionals just get you in and out to move to the next body. But, Dr. Reichlein and her team provide care the way it should be provided.
And, even at age 57, I still love walking out with my "Goodie Bag" of dental care treats. Not to mention making the "No cavities" list, lol.

Some feelings never change from childhood!

I DO NOT recommend Hood View Dental. Dr. Reichlein said I needed a root canal and a crown on a tooth. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion, and he said I only needed a filling. I got the filling, and now the tooth feels fine. I will never go back to this dental clinic. I give Hood View Dental zero stars.

Dr. Reichlein and her staff are wonderful! They’re friendly, attentive, professional, have good communication skills, and have up to date technology. They definitely put you at ease, which is essential when going to the dentist! I had a laser procedure done on a filling for the first time, which I was rather apprehensive about, but it was a breeze! Not one second of pain and no numbness for hrs.afterwards! I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs!

My husband and I highly recommend Hood View Dental office. Dr. Reichlein is very skilled and professional, while also very "down-to-earth" and personable. Her staff are also very good at their jobs, and treat us like friends while we are in their care. If you need to see a dentist, a great place to go is Hood View Dental.

Love the staff and they make going to the dentist fun. I like how the dentist stays up on the newest technology and makes things as pain free as possible.

from the moment of stepping into the office things are professional and quickly get started which I really like. I appreciate being treated like a person not a number and the team seems to enjoy working together and includes their clients in conversation and connection.

Super friendly and fun office. They explain the procedure and bend over backwards to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Don't go to this dental clinic! I got a second opinion from a different dentist, and he told me that I don't need all of the work Dr. Reichlein recommended. Dr. Reichlein told me I need a root canal; the other dentist said I only need a filling! Can you imagine? Stay away from Hood View Dental! Dr. Reichlein is very greedy!

Meagan as a dh is excellent and Very thorough and personal. Tactfully reminded me to brush properly and advised me well on a treatment plan. Dr Reichlein is always very cheerful never hurts me. I have second guessed her on several occasions only to come crawling back with my tail between my legs. I have been with her for almost 10 years she offers pain free dental care and has always invested in state of the art technology through out her practice. I am willing to travel 60 miles each way for her treatment.

I've been going to Hood View Dental for about 2 years now, and I have nothing but excellent things to say. This is the first time I have enjoyed my trips to the dentist. The staff spend their time laughing and having fun, while also doing an incredible job. Their office has been super helpful with any questions about insurance, as well as honest conversations about what is best for you as an individual. They're never pushing unnecessary procedures on you, and they truly want the best for you. I've watched staff come and go, and everyone has continued to make me feel at home. Somehow the staff at Hood View Dental can make a root canal fun by having conversations about sky diving. Before I knew it the appointment was over and I had hardly paid attention to what they were doing in my mouth. If going to the dentist has been a stress, try this clinic out. I will stay a client of theirs as long as I live within driving distance.

I love hood view dental! Vicki is such an amazing dentist! It’s always wonderful to feel at home when you go to the dentist. She makes me and the rest of my family very comfortable and welcome!

Best dentist on the east side, my family loves Dr. Vicki and Staff. We have been with them for years. She makes you feel like family and takes interest in the young one and teenagers. They are all very down to earth and personable. Her staff work very hard and really listen when you have something to share. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Short wait times in clinic and for appointments. Dr. Vicki even messaged my cell directly on a saturday to schedule my appointment! (Since i had called to schedule after theyd closed for the weekend) I didnt expect to hear back from them till monday, but instead got booked, and it was way sooner then i antisipated too!

Dr. Vicki actually listens to what you want/your opinion and offers an array of solutions for your particular needs.

Okay - wow! I just moved to Oregon and I was so nervous finding a dentist. I am so glad I found this place! First of all, I love that this is a private dental practice because it feels much more relaxed and home-y. The receptionist is such a good conversationalist, the hygienists are quick and knowledgeable, and Dr. Reichlein has the coolest upbeat personality ever. I have always hopped around to different dental offices and they all lacked warmth. This place really makes you feel welcome with no judgement. They answered all of my questions and concerns prior to my treatment with no hesitations or annoyances. Overall, very happy with my experience and I HIGHLY recommend this place for your dental needs!:)

Dr. Reichlein is without a doubt the best dentist I’ve ever had. She and her staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional. Her office is a fun atmosphere, which in my opinion makes it feel like your not at a dental office. I highly recommend Hood View Dental to anyone and everyone looking for top notch dental care with a laid back feel.

Let's face it, no one enjoys going to the dentist. But to find one that is willing to indulge in my lame Monty Python jokes as well as at a request make "Pew Pew" sounds while using a laser to do fillings always makes things bearable.

All jokes aside, the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Though, the top decision makers chose money over customer support in the end. This would've been 5 stars.
If you are on a tighter budget, I strongly recommend somewhere else.
