These guys were so accommodating and helpful. We had a great time with Colby. He was patient and fun. The best part is we caught fish.

I recommend Hook’em Up Guide Service to anyone who’s looking for a good and fun fishing experience. Larry was super nice and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. His Boat was clean and equipped with everything that was needed, Larry also made sure that no one on the boat was leaving empty handed, we all went home with some pretty good salmon. My fiancée and I really enjoyed learning from him and the experience, this was a birthday gift for my fiancée and I can say that she had a Blast and really enjoyed it! We are definitely coming back for another experience in the future.

Really nice time out on the water. Whole party enjoyed the service provided. We all got what we came for which is always a plus. We had activity pretty much the whole trip. Will be back to do some Astoria fishing soon.

Larry worked hard to put us on the fish. He was enthusiastic, motivated, and known amongst those around the docks. It wouldn't make sense to use another guide.

Colby was dope. Made my birthday surprise even more exciting after catching salmon and not one but two 7ft sturgeon. And several 3-6 footers. He was extremely personable, respectful, and dedicated to his knowledge of not only fishing but the guiding and history throughout Portland. Great guy. Can't wait to go back.

Wow! Due to the timing of our trip, many fishing places were out of the area or didn’t want to take us out. Larry was more than happy to fit us in and called his son Colby, who agreed to take us. Colby was amazing with my 8 yr old who is fascinated with fishing. He was patient and kind and knew exactly how to let my kiddo figure it out or help when needed. He also answered a plethora of questions from the 2 of us. Despite the time of year, Colby helped us catch 7 fish, all when I had others telling me fish weren’t biting.

I highly recommend this guide service. We will definitely be coming back to Hook’em Up at a better time of year for fishing.

Colby put us right on the fish. Amazing experience. My son and I caught a bunch of sturgeon and one was so big we could not get it in the boat. Clean, polite, nice boat and very friendly. Highly recommend.

If I could give more stars I would I had the best experience, me and my fiancé got put on Colby’s boat and he made it very fun. Was extremely knowledgeable and knew good spots to get bites. We took advantage of the salmon/sturgeon trip and I caught both of them. The price is well worth the money Colby cut, cleaned and bagged my fish for me before leaving as well! Can’t wait to book our next trip with them!

Honest people. They will you how the fishing will most likely be, and that kid Coby is constantly changing things up if something isn't working. Simply people who works hard for their money!

Had such an awesome time with Larry! Got so many Sturgeon we lost count! Ended catching a few more than 6ft! Crazy fun and will definitely do it again!

We had a great time. Highly recommended. The fishing was excellent and the guide was very personable and professional. Very convenient to Portland and we will be back for the season when they move to Astoria.
