5Ordered concrete for delivery that was suppose to come at 1pm. They were several hours late, and I had a pump truck onsite that I was paying by the hour to be there. When I called they told me they were late for every delivery that day due to a customer that ordered 40 yards too little. So, another customer’s mistake apparently was my expense, but I was particularly upset at the idea that it was expected and an industry standard to accept—and pay for—their tardiness, and that did not sit well with me. I will not use them again.
Poor and rude customer service from the beginning to the end.equipment worked great, but rates are very high! We refuse to give business to companies who don't respect our patronage; we'll go elsewhere from here on out.
Great place with good people both Bend and Redmond! Done a lot of business with them over time probably literally millions of dollars and always have been treated right!
