I have never had a bad experience here. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and is so genuine in wanting to help with whatever symptoms you're experiencing. I've visited a lot of CBD stores, but Hotbox CBD is definitely the only place I will go from now on.

Fantastic customer service! Not sure gals name (Melissa?) But she was awesome on explaining brands, flavors, and helping with what I wanted/needed. Got freeze roll I absolutely love for back! Also bath salts, flavored cbd waters, gummies and some tincture for my fur babies anxiety. Will be back!
