The service there was excellent and the staff were also quite knowledgeable of the products that they sell in the whole establishment or do not carry. It is an oasis in the giant sea of sand made into glass. This is a local vape shop which sells the latest trending smoking apparatuses popular both around the world and just as necessary and loved locally as well.

And July 3rd 2021 here at House of pipe smoke shop has certain employee try to tell me that I could not sit on the edge after purchasing several items other than that the smoke shop is clean and most of the employees are very courteous and with kindness. Knowing that they are located behind the Lloyd center by Safeway area on North East 9th and Broadway. They make it seem like it's the projects and knowing that if they want more customers to come in so a little bit more compassion and courtesy with respect.

Very judge employees considering we're talking about an establiment that sells somewhat taboo products to begin with.

First of all every time I go in house of pipes they are always out of the parts I need for the vape they sold me. Secondly, the staff they have now are very rude and act like your bothering them when you have questions. When this place first opened they made me feel welcome and were very helpful! Not sure what happened. I won't be going back after years of going here.

EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WEARING MASKS - I’ve been going here for years but after my experience today, I will not return. The employee that helped me, seemed to be showing signs of COVID. As I was leaving, he went outside, and looked like he was going to vomit.

Every puff bar I've purchased there has stopped working shortly after leaving. After a little research, I've determined that there definitely selling fake puff bars. Not cool

Terrible experience from the time I walked in the door. The employee that "helped" me had absolutely no knowledge on the products, and did not try to up sell me on butane to go along with the $80 torch that I purchased. When I got home the igniter did not work at all. When I called the store I was told that they will not replace or exchange the item I bought less than a day ago, even with a receipt. I wanted to spend my money at a store in my local community instead of using Amazon or another website even though the store charged 30% more. I hope the online market puts them out of business so they cant rip off people in their local community

I bought a torch for $30 and it stopped working as soon as I got it home. Go back there after buying a nice one online for $20 and they WOULD NOT REFUND ME for my purchase even though I had a receipt from 2 days earlier. Horrible way to do business. People inside do not help and just text their boss and hide behind their phones.

Avoid this store at all costs and spend your money somewhere where they appreciate their customers.

This shop is the best one in Oregon. The guys are super helpful, nice and fun to conversate with. I highly recommend this shop over any other HOP location and any other vape/smoke shop.

Rude and disrespectful costumer service at this house of pipes I would not recommend this house of pipes

I called to see if they had a specific bong. They said they did. I drove from the other side of Portland to get it and then they said they don’t have the bong and they’ve never had it. All the stores in their chain are terrible and they lie at every store. At the Gresham store they said 4/20 sale was 50 percent off but it was only 40

Dane helped us out today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pieces that we were looking at and even helped us pick a perfect one for my wife's early birthday present. He was super excited to help us pick out her first bong and made sure that our experience was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

I have a problem with the store, I entered the store, and the employee's style was very bad and I did not speak to this employee and I went to a second employee at the store and the person came and kicked me out of the store Failed shop and bad management

The guys who work here are really helpful and somewhat personable. Meanwhile they've got a modest yet relevant selection of various needs

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and very upbeat. I always enjoy going in there.

I've been shopping here for over a year & their CBD selection is ever changing! If they do not have exactly what I'm looking for, they offer and recommend similar products that legitmately help with my fibromyalgia & anxiety. The staff here are all SUPER friendly & do their best to satisfy customers. I will be returning in the future:)

Welcoming and knowledgeable friendly staff every time we went. Almost felt like we could just kick it there. Prices are reasonable and tho it's a rather small place they make the most of that room and still have more items in back. Just ask

Two nights in a row? !? Open till midnight is what the sign says, 10 mins after 10pm I can say that’s not true. Not a good way to operate.
