Best doggie daycare ever. All others should strive to be this friendly and inviting. My little guy Eddie loves going there and they take amazing care of him!

Sköll is always so excited to come here. We've been to other doggie hotels when booking too late and he's never as excited as when we come here. We've done both daycare and boarding and have always had wonderful experiences. The staff is super nice and friendly, flexible when you need it, and also really knowledgeable- even helping give us advice on socialization when Sköll was younger and new to our family. You know they are really looking after all the dogs in their care. Their facility is also really spacious and with great features and they give you a tour on your first drop off so you know exactly where your dog is staying. All for a great price! I always feel completely comfortable my dog here in Howliday's excellent hands.

Great place to take your dog to for boarding or daycare. Very clean. Great owners and staff. All breeds are accepted. They take time to meet & evaluate each new dog one on one. The howliday Truly cares about the dogs!

I just moved here from Alaska and already have a short trip planned that I can't take my baby with me. I did heavy research and happened upon Howliday Inn. I saw the great reviews on many platforms so I decided to give them a shot. I emailed and inquired with them about my dates. They requested to have my dog do a one day daycare stay so they could evaluate him and get to know him. I think this is an amazing process and all boarding places should do this. We set a date but unfortunately while we were moving he got a horrible injury. The staff was amazing and super responsive. They let him heal for a month and then we finally had him do his evaluation! We walked in and I automatically assumed we would be walking into a huge "play pen" of dogs. No! We walked into a quiet and clean reception area. He didn't have to be stressed seeing other dogs while they talked to us, so nice! They took him back after going over his paperwork, making sure he was healthy. They gave us a tour and told us what they were doing with him. They slowly introduced him to one dog at a time and then eventually to all the dogs as a group. They told us all about their rules and how they rule everything. We left for the day feeling like we made an awesome choice. But it doesn't stop there. Mid day, one of the staff called and left a very detailed message about how our dog was doing. It was so nice to have an update and not just a "he's great" but a 2 minute detailed list of what he's doing and how he's doing. When we went to pick him up they had all the paperwork ready for us that they promised us. They take cash, check, or card which is fantastic. He was brought out to us so happy and excited. The best part, he didn't smell at all! They keep that place so clean. Most boarding places you pick up your dog smelling of urine, dirt, and other smells. He smelled his normal self! He slept the whole rest of the day too, so pooped out! I can not wait to bring him for his weekend stay with them. I know I will have a complete peace of mind with him here. I am incredibly over proctive of him and this is the first place EVER that I know he will be taken care of the way I take care of him. The staff truly care about the animals and show so much love for them. Every penny they charge is 100% worth that piece of mind that my animal is cared for at a high level while I am away. Now I can vacation without worrying about him! I highly recommend this place!

If our dog, Gumbo, could type, all he would say is "Woof", so I'm left to translate. They loved Gumbo like he was their own. We would drive all the way from the West Hills to get to Howliday (this and their old location too) with him chattering in the back in excitement. We moved from the area and can no longer get there - a 2800 mile drive is just to far. Try it, you will see, your dog will love you for it.

I made an intake appointment for my dog over the phone. They aske me what kind of dog he is. I say bull dog mix. I bring him and they tell me they dont take bull dog mixes pits or anything that looks like them. Why did they not tell me this before i drove there with my dog on the way to work. I was late. Very rude to discriminate against nice dogs and ruined my morning. Waste of my time. I will take my business to other places who treat all dogs equal. If a dogs nice a dog is nice.

If you want to know what an extraordinary facility The Howliday Inn is, just get there early in the morning and watch the dogs as they arrive. Young or old, big or small they're so happy to be there that they're wiggling themselves silly. A great, great place for either daycare or overnight stays... My dog lives for his Tuesday visits! I researched around all the possible doggie hotels near me to sign up for my dog to stay for 2 weeks. I am particular with the place, because many people are not familiar with alaskan malmaute/husky breed to realize how much of a puller and jumper they can be. So the place needs to be secure with multiple doors to prevent escapes. I decided on Howliday Inn and took my dog in for her evaluation and met the owners. The owner is well familiar with my dog's breed which was a great relief and comfort for me. He explained to me that he would be the one to evaluate my dog and would take the process slowly to introduce my dog to the group. He allowed me to watch their interactions for a very long time. Love the place!

Been bringing our dog here for years. Owners and staff are great. They really pay attention and take good care of the dogs. I highly recommend for both day care and overnight boarding.

I have been bringing my pup, Action Jackson, to the Howliday Inn for the last 4 years. Jax is a rescue. He's a sweet little guy with very high energy. He loves to see his friends at Howliday.humans and furries. Whether it's for a day at day care or a week in a "suite". I always know he's safe and having a blast
