H&R Block, Canby OR

The deadline for filing my Dad's Taxes was approaching fast and I didn't know how to handle his situation with assisted living expenses, so I went to H&R Block in Canby for help. They were awesome. They even amended his Tax return from the prior years to get a much better refund for him. Kim Hart was amazing and I am definitely going back to her next TAX season.

K. Hart shouldn't be doing taxes to begin with! Your companys tax software is so out of date it's pathetic and K. Hart didn't even know that I could get the taxes electronically without submitting my ID and forcing me to come in even though I was severly sick w/ a Dr note. Finally had to be transferred over to 2 different workers after speaking with Jenna Lee and the supervisor with 0 calls back after being promoted I would! If it wasn't for my mother over looking the taxes HR Block made a $1600 error, wouldn't own up too it and simply replied back that's my job to find the error upon reviewing it. This isn't how I want to support or ever go to a business again and if I could get ALL my money back from HR Block I would! K. Hart, Jenna Lee, Emilie Kaina you all are absolutely terrible unprofessional, and need a severe talking to from the owner and HR Block as a whole. The type of business behavior you presented is not one that is tolerated or acceptable an ANY business EVER!

Because Kim was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions with professionalism and curtesy. That its helpful that she doesn't make you feel incompetent.

Will never use H&R Block again. I’ve used the over 20 years, and pay between 300-400 each time. Paying that much means you’re supposed to get updates. I’ve gotten 1 update in a month. When I asked the person questions I get snide, generic responses to my email. Tell me they don’t care about the customers that keep them employed. I’ve completely had it with rude lying companies like them.

Kim was absolutely wonderful. She helped correct my taxes that were done incorrectly by a different tax pro and she patiently explained every question I had.

Mr. Alvarado was very nice and professional. He listened and I didn't feel rushed. He was courteous about answering questions. Perfect person for that position.

Kim Hart has been doing my taxes for several years. She is kind, understanding and very clear when discussing our Tax options. She has been doing my son's taxes for several years as well. We all have come to really enjoy tax time because we look forward to our visit with Kim.

The people at the Canby location are one of a kind. Kim Hart is quick, professional and friendly. I have been going to her since my move to Oregon.

We had all info they spent 12 minutes with us and charged us 435 for the visit are taxes r easy not complicated so why so much for so little time.its better for everyone to just do it online for like 45 dollars cause it's the same service it's just 15 min of your own time

I may drop dead tomorrow and won't need the service. But I've heard that dead people have to pay taxes!

Kim was great in doing my taxes. She was polite and ask all the right question. I was very happy with the quick results. I will be back again.
