Too annoying in the lead up to the appointment so I ended up cancelling: Constantly sending me texts and emails asking me to confirm my appointment, threatening my spot if I didn't! Maybe when people make an appointment with you, don't repeatedly ask them if they are sure? ! And, if people are failing to show up, charge a nonrefundable booking fee if they don't cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Have some common sense when it comes to good service, please!
