The staff at H&R Block are amazing at tax preparation, and I have confidence in their skills. They make a tedious task easy to take care of quickly. When you are a business owner it helps to have a professional deal with your tax return. I am a returning client who is pleased with the service I received. If the Internal Revenue Service audits you, they will assist you in resolving the issue. My trust is well-placed with
H&R Block.

Brought my files and return in a full month early, got the run-around and excuses for weeks, finally got it submitted at 10pm on the due date after weeks of stress and false reassurances from every single person I spoke with. There's a sign on the door that says "no surprises" and another inside that says "100% satisfaction guaranteed". They don't stand by those statements. This was the most frustrating, disappointing, and unnecessarily stressful experience I have ever had at tax time. I will not be back.

I tried calling several H&R Block to set up an appointment, but no one was ever available in the office to answer the phone. Instead of talking to a real person, the phone call would automatically direct me to a online application. Fortunately in this country, we still have a right to use a different tax preparer and that is exactly what I did. I used liberty tax in Springfield and was able to do business old school. Talking with real people. If I wanted to use a computer and get online to do my taxes, I might as well use TurboTax and save money.

Cody and Christine have improved the financial health of thousands of people nationwide. As a CSP at H&R Block, I have been fortunate enough to see them both in action. Their care and expertise have brought relief to folx at a stressful time of each year. Hugs and handshakes abound after each customer interaction. H&R Block is so very fortunate to have them. This location not only helped with our special circumstances taxes, they helped fix a mess up from their Junction city location. We met with Le Ann and she was an angel! She was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I feel confident that our taxes are in good hands if we are being taken care of by her. Highly recommended!

Phone system is whack. Reaching someone is impossible. This cost me hundreds of dollars in additional H&R fees. I will never use H&R Block again.
