This is a centrally located commercial/residential area ideally located by the Portland mass transit systems. It is an ideal place to live.

This is a nice place to live in Orenco Station. There is public transportation close by, shopping for all your needs, and a parking garage.

I went in for a walk in tour & Miss Karen took great care of me in my wife! She showed us all around the apartments & was very transparent about everything! Thank you Karen! — Beautiful modern updated apartments! All amenities were so nice & well maintained! Very impressed by this complex. We are definitely looking forward to making this place home here soon!

Very nice, secured building in a nice little area. Astecically pleasing and apartments are nice. Fantastic kitchens! Gym, pool, sauna & hot tub

Melissa took the time to understand my needs resulting in my finding the perfect apartment. During the application process, she kept in touch with me every step of the way and was very responsive. On move-in day, Melissa worked to make it an easy experience. She reserved the elevator, so the movers had access when they arrived and followed up with me later that day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend that you contact Melissa to help you through the process.

PROS
The administrative and maintenance staff definitely get five stars! They are highly responsive and professional.
CONS
At least on the lower levels (3rd, maybe 4th floors), this area is extremely noisy! The area businesses draw in riders of absurdly loud motorcycles. Add in trucks, busses, and numerous Mustangs/Subarus with modified exhaust, and you might not want to open your windows in the Summer. Higher floors are probably much better.

My husband and I had an amazing experience touring these apartments. We are relocating to the area in the summer and this seems like a great fit for us. Karen was extremely helpful and engaging. We look forward to working with her more. I like the variety of layouts that the building offers. As well, since Hub9, Rowlock, and Vector are all owned together, you have access to the amenities of all 3. That really makes it stand out when comparing to other places.

I have been very pleased with office staff and maintenace. I do not know them all by name, but Melissa, Karen, Parker, and Deb come to mind. The msintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can not think of a better place to be at this point. Thank you for the wonderful staff.

Very comfortable location, built with thought: couple of parks and cafes are nearby, no stairs, easy to move in and move out. A great place to stay.

Hub9/ Rowlock apartment complex is one of the best in the Hillsboro area. The amenities are unmatched. The rooftop lounge (The Core) is fantastic! The leasing department is very friendly, accommodative. Would like to specially mention Property Manager (CH) - great to work with, extremely prompt and you will get a feeling that it is always - People first! Me and my wife would recommend this place highly.

This place is safe and clean, but there are noises from the street during daytime. It maybe a trouble for you if you work nightshift. Besides, Karen is very helpful in helping me move in and contacting maintenance when I have issues. Thanks Karen.

The move in process was great! Came in to tour Hub 9 and Melissa was kind enough to help us tour all 3 properties. Overall, she definitely was professional and answered All my questions with honesty and transparency. Needless to say, the actual move in day was a breeze. Upon picking up my keys, I was greeted with a nice welcome basket and another thorough walk through of key features of the apartment. Appreciate the entire team for this seamless transition and attention. Excited that this is the first place I’ve selected upon moving from Portland to Hillsboro. The properties are clean and the area is almost like a little mini Brooklyn (if you’re familiar with NYC).

Recently moved in to this wonderful apartment complex rowlock, friendly management, including the lady that took me for apartment tour, super friendly, patient, asks the right questions and very helpful with the way she breaks down the details. Ask for Karen Garcia she is awesome. Being living here for Over a month and loving it.

Karen made my move in experience amazing! This is my first apartment, and she helped me through all the steps to really make sure that this was was the place I wanted. It’s a lovely, and secure building, with nice neighbors, amazing amities, and helpful staff.

I had a easy and smooth experience moving in here. The people are nice and the staff is super helpful. Specifically Parker in the leasing department is just wonderful. The apartments are really nice and its a very quiet building.

We absolutely love living here. Karen showed us some great places and we were blown away with the amenities. There's freakin trash shutes so you never smell the trash room, salt water pools and hot tubs plus the view is amazing.

They also have a friends and family apartment you can use thats super affordable. Our family came a day earlier than expected so Deb, Lorena, Parker and Melissa offered to clean it quick, being that someone had just checked out. They really went above and beyond!
