I am so sad. I come to this location 3-4x per week. Never had a bad drink until today. I normally don’t complain. I have been a barista for 6 years so I know how customers can be but my drink today was AWFUL. Im not even sure there was espresso in it. Tasted like watered down oat milk. Maybe 3 cubes of ice. ZERO mocha because the color was completely off. Seems like they are newer employees so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but paying 6$ for a drink I hate is not what I wanted to do today.

1st time here and staff was friendly and patient while I figured out my order. Drink was tasty and reasonably priced. Thank you. I'll be back.

We had a less than stellar experience that was very much a one-off. The manager actually refunded our c/c after I complained about my drink not being correct. The person was new and evidently was trying out for the role of the scarecrow on The Wizard of Oz 'cause she definitely didn't have a brain. Either way, they were kind and I love their coffee and we will be back, thank you.

Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches despite the sandwiches being pre-made and reheated when ordered.

I’ve been to this location a few times. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Today I went in for my free birthday drink that was automatically loaded onto my app. I thought I had some $1’s on me so I could tip but nope. I scrounged up some change to put in the tip jar and the girl was VERY appreciative of even my little bit of change I came up with. She said “Thank you, I appreciate you”. It was very genuine which was refreshing.
If you like stronger tasting coffee I recommend getting extra shots of espresso and making it a little “extra sweet”. That’s my go to ️

Great collection of coffee to die for. And btw, the pastries in the coffee shop section are fresh and delicious!

Keep getting different prices for the same item and when I order a caramel apple smoothie I should get caramel and apple not charged extra for caramel sauce

Friendly service with great coffee! Location can be a bit of a pain to get in and out of, but worth the stop. And if you have a pup with you, they always hooks up the treats!

So much better than Starbucks or Dutch Brothers. They can make just about any flavor you can think of and have a large selection of sugar-free syrups.

Great quality goods at somewhat expensive prices. Not the kindest or most knowledgeable of baristas, but I can't deny the coffee and food was great quality.

The Mexican mocha wasnt even hot after she asked if I wanted it hot and it was disgusting. I wont go there again.

Ordered from doordash. Food was SO GOOD! I highly recommend trying Human Bean Out! Coffee was spot on bueno! Will be having it again!

Instead of putting a sign on your door stating that you are closed due to poor air quality, perhaps you should put it on your website so people don't drive here to read the sign on the door.
