The employees need to reconsider the judgement calls sometimes and be sure to tear apart family's that are in the wrong. Sometimes when you bring someone down you actually need to dig into the resource and help bring that person back up, As One I do and should represent this company as I know everybody around the town who deserve to be parents or not. Pretty sure I should be more a part in company even if all I did what create the ONE title and change a idea, should reconsider who is in the wrong when sometimes you don't know about someone life.
