Connie and her staff are phenomenal to work with, extremely professional, and bring the best customer service with a local flavor to Bend. I cannot recommend Hummingbird Property Management highly enough. In the housing market of Bend, Connie and her team are by far and away the most knowledgeable and personable property management company in the space, which is EXTREMELY rare in Bend Oregon. Five stars hands down.

I lived at a house for 5 years when Connie took over the property management. Within the first 8 months we at 3 property inspections inwhich she demanded that one of our roommates (who works nights) leave the room during his sleeping hours. She didn't work around his schedule and was very rude about it. Because of this me and this other roommate moved out. Upon moving out she made it very difficult for us to remove ourselves from the lease. She was also an hour late to a meeting she demanded we have. Upon moving out she was very intrusive, questioning our decision. After we moved out, the roommates who stayed connected the property owner, the owner had Connie removed as property manager. Connie is very intrusive and doe not respect tenants privacy.
