Husband was referred here back in November it’s now mid April still haven’t heard about appointment we consistently call and get the same answer he is very busy has hundreds of patients to review. I understand doctors are busy but can’t be that busy and if he is he should let refering providers know. The person who answers the phone is also extremely rude. Doesn’t even let you speak and automatically dismissed you when you say you are checking in on referral.

I was told repeatedly that I would be called back to schedule an appointment for nearly 3 months, when I told someone named Angela that I had been told that I would be called back the same day more than 4 times at this point she got extremely aggressive and told me to stop being a “jerk” and that they were “very busy”. I have never received such unwarranted rude behavior when contacting a healthcare professionals office. I was just trying to schedule an appointment and wasn’t being disrespectful or rude in the least bit, my partner and I were both shocked at Angela’s response. So disheartening to see such ugly behavior in a field that should be filled with understanding and compassion for others.
