If I could give this dealership a higher star review I would instantly. My fiancé and I traveled from Central Oregon and Hyundai of Albany gave us not only the best deal for our trade in but also gave us the BEST customer service. Everyone we worked with were so patient, kind, and very informative when we bought our 2024 Hyundai Kona. We would like to give a personal shoutout to Anthony and Tyson who both were very honest, kind, and attentive to what we were looking for. There’s no other dealership I’d go to. This is the best one.

Every single person that we interacted with at this dealership, when we went in to buy a new vehicle today, was awesome. German, our salesperson, was the best. He's an incredibly interesting person aside from being a good salesperson, and we loved talking with him. That's saying a lot, too, because we're both pretty major introverts - LOL. German has a way of making you feel comfortable and able to let your guard down, though, which is a nice change of pace at a car dealership. And again, everyone else was nice, too! We'd definitely recommend this dealership, and their CDJR sister store.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Sonata from Hyundai Of Albany, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From my initial contact with Sales Manager Israel Gutierrez to the final delivery of the car by German Carrion, everything was professional, smooth, and enjoyable.

Living on the central Oregon coast presented a unique challenge, but Israel and German made the process seamless. We primarily conducted communication via phone and messaging, and Israel was always responsive and helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had about the car.

Once we finalized the deal, German delivered the Sonata to Newport, allowing our local car guy the opportunity to give it a once-over. This extra step showed Hyundai Of Albany's commitment to customer satisfaction and gave me peace of mind. German was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to meticulously go over the car's operation and the sales paperwork. His professionalism and gracious demeanor made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We have our car serviced their they were very nice and helpful they got us right in and serviced our car while we walked a block from their to get some lunch by the time we walked back from lunch they were done with our car

Bought used gmc truck 3 months ago from this dealer and drove 3 hours to purchase. Truck needed transmission not long after purchase and before first payment was due. Albany dealer pushed everything off on warranty dept. Took to local GM dealer for repair. The warranty dept sent two transmissions that were faulty to local GM dealer. Third transmission was finally a GM certified and works proper. I also had to pay a $150 diagnostic fee to the local GM dealer just to have them start any repairs. No one has yet offered to reimburse the diagnostic fee. This process took about 3 months to complete and finally got truck back and working proper. Kept in contact with Jake, the gm at the Albany dealer and the finance guy John throughout this process. John said when this is all done, you wont owe anything. Its the holidays and no one has funds laying around to rent a car or miss work. Worst car buying experience ever. Getting new / used car should be exciting and fun, but this was far from it.

Our sales person, German Carrion, was very knowledgeable and accommodating during our purchase experience. While the rest of the team was courteous and pleasant, German made the interactions worth our decision to purchase from Albany Hyundai.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our 2023 Santa Fe. On top of a killer deal for the car, Jariah was so amazing to work with and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships we’ve tried to work with. He was personable, real, and down right just a good guy. From start to finish these guys took care of us and they’ve earned our future business for our car needs as well!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson from Hyundai of Albany. We were interested in the 0% interest option that was being advertised on Santa Fe's and Tucsons. We picked and drove the vehicle that I fell in love with. We were working on the financial part. Then I asked "This is 0 percent interest, correct? ". Come to find out, no that particular Tucson vehicle did NOT have 0 percent interest, even though it was a Tucson. But, they did have one on display at Costco, that would qualify. We went back the next day after they brought it back from the Costco. We did purchase the vehicle. They gave us a very good deal, on our trade. Bottom line is, I'm giving them five stars, because they were good to us, explained everything We are VERY happy with our purchase. A big thank you to Jeriah for working it all out. He's very very knowledge and really knows what he's doing.

Every time I go I'm always impressed at how the service staff treat me and the ease of getting my car maintained or fixed. The wait time is very accurate to what they tell you it will be, and if not they always let you know ahead of time. Previously, they also came to me and let me know that my vehicle needed another service while it was in for a routine checkup, and they asked if I wanted to do it while I was there or if I wanted to reschedule. I'm so happy they didn't just do the service and make me pay for it at the end without telling me before hand. I really appreciate the transparency everyone had and how the lady that checked me in showed me to the waiting room, made sure I knew there were snacks, drinks, and charging stations if I needed them. Even if your car isn't a Hyundai brand, I'd still recommend this place. Hands down the best service I've received while getting my car serviced.

I had my warranty oil change done then oil light came on days later as well as everywhere I have parked is covered in new oil. Dealer got car towed to them all to be told there was nothing wrong and my oil level was correct. No my oil was so low the light came on and only a small about on the tip of the dipstick. They added oil to the vehicle but claim they didn't. I had to pull my car on the rack at my work to verify there was oil all over the underside of the vehicle when they claimed there was no sign of oil leaking anywhere! LIARS! OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES!

Low/no pressure sales. Was a pleasure to buy this ‘07 Dodge Ram duelly. Trey even delivered the vehicle to Roseburg because he knew I was without one.

***4 month update****
Well, 3,000 miles later, a trip to another mechanic identified that the front ball joints have been out of spec (double the gap) for quite some time. This would explain why the alignment I requested didn’t stop it from pulling a bit. They knew the ball joints were bad and just looked past it. I’ll never trust a dealer…

Thanks Carter! Way better then my local Hyundai who shown no interest nor returned any follow up calls.

I'm so glad I traveled to Albany to buy our first "brand new" family car. Carter even hand delivered our Palisade to Eugene. He walked us through the vehicle, set up bluelink, and even cleaned all the residue off the windows from all the factory stickers and tape.

If you are in the market for a car. I recommend this place!

I've never been a fan of car sales people. However the day I traded my car in for another the salesman I had bent over backwards to make it happen. The finance guys worked w me on getting my title and my husband's death certificate as he was still on the title to the car I was trading in. I didn't feel harassed once. (Which is nice as well as unusual lol)

Pathetic service center. They moved my appointment without notifying me.when i reached there they said they have moved my appointment.very unprofessional.would not recommend it.sales department is very good.would recommend it.
