I-5 Glass, Springfield OR

After a nut recently broke two windows at our business, I called multiple glass shops. Only one, I-5 Glass, could be bothered to come out and take a look. From the beginning, their team was extremely pleasant and professional. They had to order the glass and when it came in they came right out and installed it. Their whole team was so nice and they left it looking better than before. This is the most unprofessional business in Lane County. They lost my window and forgot to put my name in their system. I have been waiting 3 weeks for this repair and or replacement. No phone call. No effort to correct this issue and an extremely rude customer service representative who interrupted me the entire time I was trying to give information.

Lazy. Rude. Late to appointments. Refuses to take accountability for mistakes they made. This place has the worst attitude towards customers. Terrible to do business with. Product was damaged and they didn't want to fix or replace.

So glad I found this place! They went above and beyond to find the right glass for our 2006 Range Rover. I told them the wrong info for the glass and they got the wrong one in bc of me (I felt so dumb) they were able to exchange it for the right one and a few days later got it installed in under an hour which saved me $80 on Uber-ing home and back. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing glass for their home or vehicle. Thank you so much to all the staff that made my experience a very good one. 10/10!

Took my car in for a chip repair. Eric got me in right away and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was out of there and on my way. Excellent customer service.
