IAA Portland

IAA has our van which we purchased back from USSA during settlement. It has been released by USAA and IAA is aware of this. They know that we want our van back and the last status update over a week ago was that it was ready for transport. We still don't have our van. They haven't responded to our emails. We have tried to call but they don't pick up their phone. Where is my van IAA!

IAA Thanks for the reply. First of all, please take our van off of your auction website. Also, don't throw our insurance provider under the bus as they cleared it with IAA and us two weeks ago and we have not been able to reach you. When we do pick it up please make sure that ALL of our personal items are in the van. Your tow-truck driver showed up a day early and was very rude to me and was annoyed as the van wasn't ready and we were trying to get what we could out of the vehicle, we felt intense pressure from him and were unable to finish clearing everything out. Based on other reviews it sounds as if their personal items disappeared. I suggest that you start asking around the office to let people know that we want EVERY SINGLE ITEM back in the van before we get there.

Very bad shop if you go threw insurance.
They return my vehicle in a very condition, and didn't even care to put my license plate back how it was.

I'm a member. It's good if you're careful, but look at everything with a close eye. They don't tell you everything that's wrong with the vehicles and say things run and drive and they dont.

Efficient and professional staff. Appreciate you guys hard work! Some of the cars will every so often have a flaw in inspection paperwork.

Bought a car that was not described or well documented.when tried to provide photos and information to seek a resolution was given a run around.no support.impossible to reach a human via phone, no email replies.

How is this place still in business? Took me 4 weeks to get a copy of my title, 4-6 phone calls and multiple emails.

Grossly understaffed. No business should put their customers on hold indefinitely. I cant say how many time I have called/left call back voicemails to no avail or to be left on hold for hours on end.

After being on hold for more then an hour it went passed 5 (their closing hours) at which point they just hang up. IDK whos running this branch but its deeply mismanaged and understaffed.
