I went here after reading the reviews and a few suggestions from locals. I was quoted a price (Samsung Ultra) that didn't sound too bad, so I agreed. Should have taken it somewhere else. I only needed the screen fixed. The back barely had any damage except in the corner, where my phone had fallen. As I'm writing this, my phone is getting hot. While fixing the screen, they damaged the back. They said it was no big deal. It can happen while messing around with such tiny parts. They would replace that at no cost to me. Ok, sure. Noooooo. The back wont xlamp all.the way fown to be fixed and they said this was due to the damgae to the back of the phone.there was no damage. I took my other Samsung Ultra that was in way worse shape than mine to another place. It's perfect, and I'm p*ssed. Now I'm out almost $500 dollars, and I have a phone that I can barely talk on without it getting hot. I am scared to clean my phone and take it out of its case because the back is lifted.

Just got 2 iPhones fixed. Fast service and very polite. Cheap prices. I would go here again and recommend it to friends.

Don’t give them your phone or else they will break it and they will tell you that they have a no fix no pay rule. I gave him a working phone but dead battery cuz the charging port didn’t work. He checked it and said the mother board is ok which I already knew because it was working the day before but the battery was dead. The next day I went to pick it up and he returned it after he damaged the mother board.

IChihuahua repair is amazing in every way! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely lovely people! I had a phone screen issue with my Pixel 7 and they were helpful in finding a replacement screen and fixing it!

If I have any problems with any of my devices again, I’m definitely heading back there!

I love this place! They have a mini museum of old electronics that’s pretty sick. I’ve been here multiple times and had excellent customer service each time. I will always come here when I need something repaired. Also each time I’ve been it’s been same day turn around for screen repair. They have phone covers too if you’re on Hawthorne looking for one.

Reasonable prices, quick service times, & nice staff. SO MUCH better than dealing with an Apple store.

This shop has seriously helped me out multiple times across multiple devices. They’re super friendly, easy to work with, and put in a lot of time to get it right. They even let me borrow a charger in the meantime while my device was getting repaired. Highly recommend!

I walked in today at a little after 1, not sure what was wrong with my phone, but some parts of the screen were unresponsive. The man who helped me was very professional and kind and solved my problem quickly! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and come back for future issues! Also worth noting - its on Hawthorne which can be a challenge to park sometimes but this is an easily accessible store! Pricing was fair as well.
