Way too little food for the price. This was a back up as our usual near by breakfast place was closed due to weather.

2 omelettes (with very small sides of hash browns that weren’t very good)

2 very small sides of gravy (about 2-3 table spoons)

2 coffees and 1 orange juice.

$50. Not including tip. Aside from what appeared to be low staff the service was pretty good. We can get more food for less money at our usual place though.

The service was good. The waitress was on her game, however, the cook needs to improve big time. I ordered extra bacon, which came out first before my meal, which was burnt. The hash browns were burnt on the outside and under cooked on the inside.

Took grandkids and they love the pancakes and hot chocolate with whip cream. Service was good.

Even though they were terribly short-staffed, the wait staff and kitchen did an amazing job. Our food arrived hot and tasty.

Service was outstanding. Seated immediately and checked on several times to make sure we were doing okay. Staff was friendly, polite, happy environment all around.
Food was a different story.
We came in right before noon and ordered the quesadillo and jalapeños poppers. The fam ordered breakfast. Their's was warm and yummy. Looked like the photos. Mine came out separately, not hot, cheese wasn't melted, and for an almost 15$ dish, I'd aexpect it to not be all wet and have some actual substance inside. But they were almost empty and put me off from wanting to eat entirely. Must do better.

IHOP catered our Office Manager's retirement breakfast early this morning and everything was delicious! They provided all the condiments, butter, syrup, napkins, silverware, etc. Even powdered sugar for the french toast! Also, I got to try the sausage breakfast burrito & it was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had to date! Thank you for your prompt service, and the text updates from ezCater were much appreciated.)

Honestly not that bad. A bit long in the window. Blahhhhh.
It was Xmas morning and we were going to a care center. Had way to much chosen family food the night before and waited to long to drive the distance so we figured we get late breakfast.
The only spot open btw.
Not great fare, but good for what it was. It's IHOP after all. Don't expect the highest. That just not going to be made. Knowing it is mass-media dinning, Then you will be pleased with what they do in Sherwood.

Food was great, actually exceeded my expectations. Restaurant was clean. Don't know if it's a sign of the times, but a breakfast for two cost $54 tip included, which seems rather excessive. I feel like just earlier this year a similar experience at IHOP cost $36.

The staff here went above and beyond. My server Taylor was excellent and very polite. The manager carefully explained the menu for me as some of the menu items were sides. I had a great experience and would reccomend 10 out of 10

We ate breakfast around noon on black friday. The staff were a bit frazzled but their performance was top tier. They just had a morning rush and all the tables needed cleared, but the host immediately cleaned us off a table and we had coffee and a soda within seconds of sitting down. Their steak omelette was excellent and my country fried steak was thick, juicy and had plenty of gravy over it and my hash browns. Even though the staff was tired and stressed they gave us excellent service. I highly recommend eating at IHOP in Sherwood.

We had the Veterans Day special & it was very good & it was FREE, can't beat that + the server Chris was very pleasant!

Had a bit of a rough morning with ihop. My family in town for a baby shower and getting 8 people for breakfast anywhere is tough so we figured ihop would be a good call. Sadly the server seemed overwhelmed and the manager had taken off to address some emergency off site.we ended up having half of our food make it out on time and the other half I'm guessing didn't get punched in correctly or the kitchen was having issues. I get that there are unavoidable things like this in food service (I've been there!) But sadly in this case the server failed in being able to communicate what happened or fix it for us appropriately. Our guest of honor pregnant momma didn't even get her breakfast for 30 extra minutes! In the end the server failed to comp a meal (a super easy fix) or have the manager come out to talk with us and make things right.they gave us a military discount of $4 off.from an 8 person table where half the meals didn't show up for 30 minutes.

We had a party of 10 at lunch time and got right in and seated together. Great service and friendly, good humored staff. Most of us got breakfast and everyone said the food was good.

I ordered the fries and fried fish and got food poisoning from the food here, however service was friendly.

Worst food ever didn't even eat my chicken fried steak hashbrowns weren't even cooked

Pushing the new biscuit menu hard. Most disgusting flat and dry biscuits. IHOP has just gone downhill over the last several years. They want to boost business, but the food is just terrible. Can't even get a good pancake since the death of cornmeal pancakes. Probably the one dish I would recommend is the crepes, specifically the bacon and eggs ones and the Blueberry lemon ricotta crepes.
