Great rental property to work with. Application process was clear & straightforward. Move-in was smooth and easy. Any needed repairs were handled quickly and professionally! Kim Seaberg in Gearhart was great to work with! And Chad, who did the repairs showed up on time always and fixed everything quickly! Overall a good experience!

Some of the rudest customer service you will ever find. I couldn’t make it five minutes on the phone with one woman because she couldn’t tell me if ANY properties were CURRENTLY available for rent or purchase because she was so hung up on what time my lease was up at my current location. Basically tried to state that I need to wait until I only had 30 days left. Which is nowhere near long enough to find a new place to live. I would never recommend this place, and if they ever call me again, I will block every single number. They try to reach me by.

I set up a reservation to view an apartment that i was attempting to lease. I set it up an appointment through a link that I received. When i showed up at listing no one was there, I called every number and extension on there website and no one answered. Five hours later they notified me that the apartment was no longer available. What a lack of professionalism. They had an entire morning to cancel on me, I quit my entire day plans to attend this showing, and they pull this on me, unbelievable. No wonder they have horrible reviews.

If you’re deciding between property management companies in the Oregon area I would suggest going anywhere else.
This company, specifically property managers like Sally Warren and others who managed my parents rental home- withheld egregious amounts of money and scammed us of our deposits for months until we realized how little we received. It’s disheartening that we chose to go with a minority and women ran organization and it being absolutely awful. Hopefully they collectively improve, we’ll try and not let one bad experience dissuade us and others from home ownership

My experience with Illume Property Partners was great. They provide a good custumer service and quality maintenance. Mary West from the Leasing office is very nice and she communicates very well. Would absolutely recommend!

Chad is the best maintenance guy by far, shows up on time and gets the job done! Illume is really good company.

I have been living at my place for over a year now and have been surprised at the response time on the repairs I have placed over this past year. I wanted to personally thank Chad for being such a great repair/maintenance guy. He goes above and BEYOND the expectations in the repairs; he’s incredibly creative in fixing the issues that pop up in my unit. That guy deserves a huge raise (two times over). It’s refreshing to have someone consistent and trustworthy in the repairs of my home this past year. Thanks again Chad, you’re the best!

Good luck ever getting a response back from them. They double charged me for rent in August. I have reached out to them and they did get back to me saying its fixed only for the double charges and late fees still appearing on my account. Sally will never call you back no matter how many phone calls or voicemails you leave her. AWFUL.
