Excellent quality work and very responsive to questions. Highly recommended. Our inspector Brian was very personable, knowledgeable and available for questions.

I definitely cannot recommend inspectek west for their sewer scope work. We had them come scope a house and the inspector thought the water was off, when it was on. Instead of making a call to ask if the water was on they scoped it anyways and during the scope were constantly saying things like "with no running water we aren't able to properly do the scope to see all issues". When I called and asked if they could please go complete the sewer scope correctly the inspector got aggressive and forceful and demanded more money for trip fees. Unfortunately, it is not our issue they decided to not turn the water on in the house, as the main was on and everything was fine. Communication and accountability are keys to strong business practices. They provide neither. Also be warned there is a hidden 2% fee for using your debt card, which is not allowed in the US for debt cards. Credit cards only. Definitely felt shady through the entire process. I will never use again and hopefully others are saved from mediocre service and aggressive tactics.

I have been in the home buying market for a couple months, and used Inspectek West twice. On both occasions, the inspections were thorough, producing very different results. The first inspection was for a home that had been remodeled. The home showed beautifully, but the inspection revealed so many problems - from the roof to the foundation - that I withdrew from the purchase. The second inspection revealed only very minor issues, none of which require immediate action.

Both inspectors are very knowledgeable, fully explained the nature of their findings, and what maintenance concerns I should attend to over the course of the next few years. I highly recommend this company.

Inspectek was recommended by my realtor, he said he used them for his house. I thought this was a great recommendation. Inspectek did not disappoint, they performed an inspection on the house I'm going to buy. The report was very thorough and detailed including pictures with arrows showing where the issues were. I like that they included recommendations and callouts for future budgeting items to keep in mind. Great job Inspectek!
