I needed some help with a furnace problem and my best friend recommended Integrity Air. I'm so glad I called them and made an appointment. Jordan came out and explained all the options - he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I have waited 10 months to post this review to make sure my new Heat and A/C were handling all kinds of weather. The American Standard Furnace and A/C System have performed flawlessly.

I chose Integrity Air because they offered a top rated product (per Consumer Reports Reviews) at a good price. A friend recommended Integrity based on his experience with their installation of a new system at his home.
Integrity Air did a great job of customer outreach. I had an urgent situation because my 25+ year old system died during a prolonged freeze. Ben Adams came to my home for an inspection to determine my needs, and set my job as a priority. He followed up with me through the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. The install crew- Gabe, Mikiah, and Lance- did a great job on the install and answered the questions I had. They were also professional and personable, and did a great job with cleaning up the job site and hauling away the old system.
Green Tree Electric did the high voltage work, which passed the code inspection with no problems.

Integrity Air provides great service, communicates throughout the process, and does a great job installing quality equipment.

Very happy with Jordan. Our furnace was not working and he replaced our transformer which had gone bad. Price was Great! Had a very good experience.

My wife and I purchased a house in July 2023 that we knew needed HVAC work after closing. My uncle, Don Lunan of Don Lunan Construction, recommended that we reach out to Pedro and his team at Integrity Air for our project as he has worked with their team in the past on his construction projects. We were put in contact with Ben Adams through Pedro, who came out to provide us with an estimate the next day. Integrity's bid came in lower than other companies we reached out to, so with Uncle Donald's recommendation, the price point, and interest free financing for 18 months, it was a no brainer to engage Integrity Air for our project. We were blown away from the communication with Ben throughout the entire process, he was quick to respond to our questions and sent us updated proposals as we were looking over various furnace and air conditioning combinations. Our installation day went smoothly and the crew that came to our house were amazing. They did a thorough walk through of our installed system with us and gave us tips for maintenance, which was helpful. Thank you to Ben, the installation team, and everybody else we worked with throughout this process!

Integrity Air completed a full duct replacement and register replacement on my home earlier this year. They are communicative, professional, and the work reasonably priced.
I was especially impressed when I had to request a change to the register height after the fact (decided to keep the floors as is) and the team quickly responded to rectify it, sending a installer out the same week.
I will use Integrity Air again, and recommend them to others looking for a competent and professional team.

They made a very aggressive offer to install a new Furnace.
They made it to all the required time set ups. Rachel even helped me set up and appointment with the county inspection. It all flew through with ease. Jace our project manager, Gabriel our installer,
and Zac our go under the house and inspect all duct work.

The people who installed my new heating system were very courteous. It has been so comforting to have a system I can rely on.

I was referred to this company which I'm quite sure got me a better deal. What I didn't anticipate was with a better deal would come a lack of service and professionalism. It has been exactly 1 year since my AC unit was added to my heat pump and ductwork. The original sales process was easy, but I also felt like a burden to them for asking questions.odd because I felt like they were the experts. At the end of the job (installer was very helpful and informative, as well as appreciative), I was provided completion paperwork to sign, but got no walkthrough of what it was and how to maintain it etc. Fast forward to now. I return from a trip and my AC isn't blowing cold air, but it is blowing. I called the main line and had an appt scheduled. I was informed that it was a week out of warranty but they would send someone out. It's possible that my clouded brain didn't hear that it would would cost me just to have INTEGRITY air come out and diagnose the issue. The service tech pulled up on time as I was bringing my dog back from a walk, and I kindly said "let me throw my dog inside and move my car so you can use the driveway". He said yeah no problem. As I was going in the house, another van pulled up and parked up on the road as well. As I was backing out to make room, I had my window down to let them know they could pull in, and I heard the first guy mocking me to the second guy, who must have asked why he wasn't in the driveway. It wasn't cute, and it wasn't a good impression of me, or a good look for the company. I called him out as I walked back from my car and met back up with them in my driveway. The look on his face showed me he knew he was careless.

At the end he told me the unit had blockage from dirt etc, which is fine, and that the coil couldn't cool down due to this. I asked when I would have been coached on how to prevent this and he told me at the walk through at the end of install. Which didn't happen to this effect. I was walked around and shown the work, but no cleaning tutorial was given. I would not have just guessed that I could completely hose down my AC unit, so I hadn't to this point. They presented me with a bill for $386 which I was shocked to find out about. I called in and here we are.nothing was broken, nothing was repaired.if a diagnostic fee is $99 (even if I am on the hook for this unknowingly), what was the other money for if there are no parts and pieces or hours to fix anything?

Easy referral sale with little to no effort.
No final walk and responsibility chat.
No actual service work done, just a rinse.

So I got to get heckled by a service tech and mocked for $386?

Install was perfect. Very pleased we decided to use Integrity Air for our new HVAC system.

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Integrity Air. Their prices are very competitive and the work they did was awesome. When we had a manufacturing defect on one of the units a few months ago, Ben and the service techs took action quickly and had us back up and running in just a few days. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go with this company. Integrity Air will have my business from now on!
