Interstate Meat Distributors

I had an issue with a 10lb roll of hamburger I bought. I won't say what the issue was as it's been resolved and we are human and things just happen. What matters is how these mishaps are handled by management. And I just want to say Interstate meat distributors was absolutely great with me about my concern. They compensateed me and were professional but easy to talk to and extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. I wouldn't normally give a review for a meat distributor but I appreciate you guys making things right and very quickly. It means a lot to know when food prices are so high that customer satisfaction is a priority to this company! Thanks again

For canadian trucks waiting is longer (meat loads), which is 4-5 hours approximately. Don’t miss the appointment. If you miss, make sure to re-schedule the appointment, otherwise they will unload you in their free time. It could be whole day. Overnight parking in not allowed on their street.

Waiting for Delivery 4 hours. Unloading people are below slow. One trailer takes 5 hours. I didn’t book a load was coming from Wenatchee wa. Specially after they’re dealing with me.

Great Place to deliver. I had an appointment at 4 Pm. Came early morning at 8 am, unloaded at 10 am. Very Polite and helpful Staff.

If you have frozen load then they have another warehouse to deliver which is 15501 se piazza Ave. Place is bit tight for back up but the Staff is so helpful and polite. Street parking is available. They take around 2 hours or more to unload.

Single dock, but can call to see if they'll work you in for delivery, or appt time only. Can only park on street for appt, but really quick unload and very nice personnel.
