Lance and Tara are amazing. They took a 4500 sq ft home with every nook, cranny, closet, shelf, drawer, and cupboard PACKED with things and did an amazing job. Organizing and pricing and making everything look nice, and then cleaning the home afterwards was such an overwhelming task and they did all of that, as well as professionally dealing with an unreasonable HOA who tried to make things difficult at every turn. And they do all of this with compassion and friendliness, recognizing what a stressful time it can be. Their services are worth every penny

Honesty and integrity. Lance was not able to help with my estate liquidation because of its location in Klamath Falls, but freely shared advice on how I can handle the estate without a liquidator available in my area. The conversation and positive reviews made it clear that if Iconic was to liquidate an estate for me I would be treated fairly.
