Jack in the Box, Hillsboro OR

I guess I give them two stars I went there at 12: 45am and they were closed it's really hard to get people to work these days even in fast food nobody wants to work. I guess the government is giving out free cheese.

There was zero wait in the drive thru line at this particular jack in the box, 3: 26 pm on Friday 7/9/21. This was the only item ordered (bacon cheddar potato wedges), and somehow still managed to do us dirty like this. Imagine ordering nachos and they hand you a plate full of dry chips with a sad squirt of cheese underneath said pile.
Someone should have really caught this before handing it out the window, to be fair we're going to absolutely check the food before leaving the parking lot from now on.

Just ordered 2 meals and was given fries for one and told fries Don't come with the other meal even though on the drive through- it advertises it with fries.we paid a lot and received less food. I tried to explain to the worker and came in twice but she dismissed both my concerns. I felt like my needs were not met or heard from them. Very poor customer service. I work hard for my money and don't eat out much and this is the reason why. I hope the owner looks at this.

The place was disappointing, I don't go to a lot of jack in the box places but this one was bad. They managed to forget to put 3 things from the order. We managed to find 2 of them missing and went through and got them but didn't get the other item. 0 stars if I could.

Service was awesome and fast. Food was fresh hot and delicious. The best jack in the box I've had.

Good food and friendly service to boot. Not sure you can ask much more than that except a good location. It has that too!

In the morning hours it used to be good service. Now I think the past 3-4 times I have stopped by they say come back in 10 minutes we are re booting our system. This the one on Imbrie Dr in Hillsboro. I want to update this and say I went back today 12/18 and pulled to drive through to have them say they can’t do any transactions for 20 mins. This happens each time I go in the early am, what gives.

New manager at this location it’s really friendly.she make sure we have all my order right, hot and fresh food really recommend this place, friendly staff.

Went through drive through and just ordered a coke. No one else was their in drive through, no customers inside. It was 1: 20 am as I was on my way to work. I waited 6 minutes to get my soda, and the lady never came to window to give me my soda, so I drove away. This was the third time in a month. Never going back.

Wait to get our food for a ridiculous amount of time. Got the street tacos and they just broke apart, and were extremely small for 6 dollars. 1

Cashier less than friendly or helpul and could care less about the customers. Restaurant was also trashed with eggshells etc but n the floors. Will not return.

Drive thru was fast and the food was well prepared. It's really well managed and executed by the employees.

Meh, if you want fast food late at night and your headed to SE it's sort of the only option between the Hawthorne and Milwaukie.

Fresh goodness & kindly greeted by a lovely young aged co-worker. Seemed shy but her smile kept it company. Repeated my order and doesn't get bothered when adding something in! Love it. Co-workers seem perfectly trained and welcoming!

Fresh Food, Fast Service.

Typically go there to get kiddo his tenders and fries. I usually get the spicy chicken and some Jalapeño Poppers.god they are addictive.

The food has always been freshly made, the service was fast and efficient. Inside is sparsely used as I imagine most of the business is via drive-thru.

Food was fast and delicious. First time at this Jack in the Box. The cashier was helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to this place if i'm ever in the mood for some Jack's.

My review is based on how the food itself was prepared, not quality. It's fast food and the quality was appropriate for the price.

Sadly, the brunch menu item chicken egg sandwich I got was cold, except for the egg itself which was only warm. The cheese completely unmelted. The other item was the grande sausage burrito and that was quite warm, but drowned in hot sauce.

The coffee (black) was good. Wasn't sour, which I find typical for many fast food coffees. Coffee alone would get 4 stars.

The new food truck inspired menu sounds good. I tried the Philly Cheese steak. The meat was stringy and tough to chew. Not recommended.

Very friendly staff every time I go and considering they were open on Christmas Day that was a total life saver!

This location is generally slow. I work nights so I'm speaking towards the late shift. My order is always correct. I would give 5 stars if they could pick up the pace. Suggestion would be put another person on shift till 1am.
