Jack in the Box, Medford OR

Can't even comprehend how awful the workers are there. Waited 45+ minutes until I finally had enough and went to get my money back. The day before I didn't even get my order took because it was taking so long I left. Never will try this place again

When I went there this morning they were out of most of including hash browns for breakfast and when I asked for one of the examples that they told me that I can get instead of hash brown for my breakfast they told me that they would charge me more. How is running out of stuff for breakfast my problem why should I have to pay for their mistake on their orders. I have definitely had this problem twice before thought that I would give them another chance and I just ended up leaving and not getting my breakfast.

Whoever was in the kitchen was serving up the saddest sourdough jacks I've ever had. The bread wasn't grilled.just looked like white bread with butter on the outside.rude staff. Apparently, even though various items use cheese sauce.it's not possible to purchase extra cheese sauce as a side item anymore. Not sure if it is specific to this Jack in the Box, or if it's a new policy all around.

I spent 30 minutes in line for two sodas and the tiny Loaded tacos when we got our order the tacos was plain tryed calling but no answer I think it pretty the phone Don't work and if I had the gas I would be back down there not happy

Store signs all say the restaurant is open at 7 a.m. We arrived at 9 a.m. And the whole place was closed down. Unacceptable managment and ownership. Either fix your posted hours or hire more staff. Failure of leadership.

Horrible place.first was told they had no tacos.then told they had no breakfast sandwich.i ordered spicy chicken sandwich.it was the worst sandwich I ever had.no tomato, one thin piece of old wet lettuce.cooked waaaaay to long was was just dried up and crusty.had waaaay more spice than usually does.took forever to get order.i will never return to this or maybe any other jack in the box.

Up charged without being told, because they were out of fries. Cold food, even colder employee.

Horrible wait time. Lobby closed 6 or 7 employees can't do their job. 2 cars 46min wait. Food cold. The rude girl at window didn't even apologize for the extremely long wait at 2pm. She left our food by the window for extra 15 mins then gave it to us. We threw it out and will never eat there again. Owners need to get new management or sale it.

Their milkshake machine is always broken so they claim. Really they already cleaned and shut it down for the night so they don't have to stay later to clean it. Seriously like 5 times they were too lazy to make me a milkshake. Not very good customer service and the manager ripped the enployee about something In front of customers. That should have been done privately. It was unprofessional. Then the employee was standing at drive-thru window and his hands were wet and glistening and he reached into my bag of food and ate a French fry right in front of me. I think he even had the nerve to try and hand me the bag.

Ordered online to avoid drive thru but they told me to wait in the drive thru in order to get my food which they already made. So I was forced to wait 30 minutes anyways so I left. Wish it was clarified somewhere online that it's drive thru only. Absolute garbage company and employees

Ordered drive thru during my roadtrip from Vancouver BC to LA. Unbelievable bad customer service, the French fries were cold, gave me the wrong burger and didn’t even give me my pop from combo. Avoid this location!

I don't trust that food served here is safe to eat anymore.

I've hesitated to give them a bad review, because staffing shortages are beyond their control. Wait times here are insane.

Today I ordered a 6 pack of French toast sticks for my kids, I got 4.5 one had a bite out of it!

They've got my order wrong often, and I looked past it.

They've been super tightwads with sauce, saying "they were running low" and I sucked it up and ate a dry burger (it was total garbage) and looked past it.

Today is the very last time they will ever get my business, I'll drive to the other side of the valley before I go here again.

The employees at this store should be under adult supervision, and in my opinion they are not.

And the bottom line is, I don't trust that their food is safe for my children anymore.

Frequently gets orders wrong, misses items - in drive thru or by door dash. People at drive thru constantly get what I say wrong, even though I speak loudly and clearly with no other sound in my car.

Always slow and looks dirty. Never seems like workers are working hard. Will not go there again!

Usually the foods great, but lately due to some what I can assume is staffing issues, the quality of service has dropped drastically. If you’re in a rush, I can’t recommend unfortunately, now the Store across town near table rock is awesome.

Something is wrong with either the drive-thru microphone or the speaker on the employees' headset because I had to scream my order before the girl understood it. The guy who gave me my (incorrect) food was unwashed, rude, and kept looking at his phone. Overall it was very disappointing
