Jack in the Box, Wood Village OR

Bathrooms been out of order for more than a month. That's why I recommend going to a different Jack in the Box. Food made me sick too I don't know why, but I have ate here other times and it's been good.

Ordered chicken tender meal with curly fries, husband ordered a double jack meal.didn't get curly fries although was charged. Manager was rude and could barely speak English where someone could understand her. Had to ask for sauce for the chicken tenders. Super disappointing.

In the last year or so, this restaurant has really gone downhill. The place is not clean, windows and drive up window are filthy, bathroom is a total mess and no paper supplies, the whole place including the outside needs attention! No problem so far with the food but makes a person wonder how sanitary the kitchen is!?

I love their chicken sandwiches but when you go here there's a possibility u won't get the right order, like not even just one of your items is something different. I used to work food service and I get that this happens sometimes when a place is busy but usually I'm the only car in line. It would be nice if whoever was in charge of expo double checked before sending orders out

It was good but $10 burger and small fries. That's a bit much. I get the tacos with extra lettuce and no fake cheese. They have good taco sauce also. My daughter like the mini tacos.

Bro how a big franchise can't afford to give back change how am I supposed to have the exact change on me like the hell really my order was almost 10 dollars I had a 20 to pay with and they deny it cause of what ever reason man managers please do your jobs accordingly

I did not go to this particular Jack in the box but I'm sure they've maintained their consistency in excellent tasting fast food

This place seems to be improving. The last time we went they were actually open and made food to order. So fresh that my cheese was not yet melted, which is fine with me.

I don't think anyone has been trained here in years, and they certainly don't listen to the customer. Forget customizing your order entirely - it never works. Just ordering a "Jumbo Jack with Cheese" stumped the drive thru lady. Over and over we explained it's just like on the menu. She kept asking what kind of cheese and what else was on it and such. It's practically what the business is known for! Order a drink with no ice (I don't trust that the ice machines have been cleaned) and there's ice. Finally, learning how to take an order would be strongly appreciated. When someone says they'd like one item, and you say "anything else? " almost immediately it's weird. Then we say one more item and you say, "anything else? " and so on. Frankly, I've often ordered less to avoid the annoyance. Let a person finish talking, please.

THEY ARE NEVER OPEN! THEY ARE CLOSING THERE DOORS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. LAZIEST WORKERS EVER! OWNER IS EMBARRASSED!

What we like about them is everything is freshly made, especially the breakfast sandwiches. Although the last few times we were there the hashbrowns were super greasy! So this time I only ordered the sandwich.

Food was fine but the ace was and it took like 3 minutes just to get someone on the speaker for drive through, none the less I order get to the window and there coke machine was down. What fast food place has soda machine down? Overall one the of the worst Jack's I've been to

Alright to start. The staff is friendly and obviously very understaffed and overworked.

However the restaurant is dirty the vibe and atmosphere is horrible. The soda in the machine was warm and half flat.

Definitely a location that you wonder how in the heck it just hasn't shut down yet.

When i have to come home with a six dollar breakfast sandwich and make my own eggs for my sandwich thats ridiculous

I'm sorry but me and my husband are done with this one the food was cold and they don't have there milkshakes cold soinc is 10 times better then this and more nicer!

Worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even bite through the chicken, it was so rubbery. Only reason this has two stars was because the loaded mini tacos were alright.

About a few months ago my parents went here for lunch. And the French fries tasted like fish. Witch means they aren't changed the oil in the fryer. And because that's a heath issue my parents no longer go there.

Rudest ever I asked for fresh Fry's she gave me frozen ones then argued with me when I told her and she kept screaming so in said fine and thero the Fry's at her
