15I walked into the wrong restaurant, and tried ordering a triple berry smoothie. Was told they don't have, but have strawberry. I received a lemonade type drink. Not smoothie, not shake. Didn't tell me they're isn't smoothies.
Husband says he thinks they dropped his burger in a puddle of mustard, he doesn't like mustard. They also got his order wrong, he said at least twice, maybe three times that he wanted curly fries, got regular fries and didn't check his bag before getting on interstate. maps says they're open but only drive thru was. Probably not going back to this Jack in the Box.
They only have drivers thru. The workers fail to listen to your order. Had to go back thru again to get the rest.
Landscaped is brown, weeks, hard to tell if it is open. Not a good look for Jack in the Box
7 10 2022 went here on a Sunday at noon and they were closed. I just drove from the other location on Broadway that was closed too I don't know what's going on with you
Disappointed you're not open twenty four hours as I start work at 6 a m. At least if you serve breakfast be open at six

Wife got the supreme croissant combo. Hash brown was way overcooked and the sandwich was flat. This place sucks. Should of taken the last 4 1 star reviews a little more serious. Won't be back
No clean tables. No one up front taking orders. And when someone did come to the counter to take an order she took one person's order and left, despite 5 people waiting. Order took 7 minutes and counting. Def not fast food.
Ugh! The last three times I’ve gone through the drive through something goes wrong with my order. This time, it was fries missing, and my hamburger was cold. I think I’ll be taking a break from this location for a while.
Usually okay but I've had several bad experiences. Lately they've had this real issue of closing a 24-hour store but not putting any cones out or anything so you have no idea that you're just sitting there waiting for no reason. In addition they've also had a problem actually keeping enough food on site, running out of hamburger meat, tortillas, all sorts of basic stuff that they shouldn't be running out of.
Nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru. Only one car in front of me. We were the ONLY 2 cars in the drive thru. Plus side, everything was hot and correct.
Jas was working the drive thru window and he was such a kind young man! Need more workers like him. Bonus, their curly fries taste like Arby's.
One of the best jack in the boxes I've ate at friendly fast and it was quite different from most didn't seem rushed and overly stressed invironment.
Absolutely nasty store. Sticky floors, filthy windows and doors. No running water in the sink for the bathroom as well as bathroom not being cleaned in probably weeks. Manager even used yhe bathroom and never washed his hands after entering the kitchen area. I'll never stop here again and hope you don't. Recipe for getting real sick.
