Jack in the Box, Ontario OR

The food is great for a fast food restaurant. It is fresh. There are a lot of options. The open menu is nice. I usually stick to the chicken fajita pita, teriyaki bowl, or egg rolls.
Not sure about the atmosphere, I don't eat inside. The service is friendly.

Went to jack in the box last night and was disappointed lines are usually long and there’s usually a long wait it took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive we were informed that there were no tacos which was the whole reason we went we tried calling the phone the next day to see if we could get out tacos made again and there was no answer very disappointed they also forgot our drinks

The lady making the order was nice at first. The lady who took the money at the window was the same lady who took my order. Mushroom n Swiss 1/2 lb meal with lg DP easy ice, 2 plain and dry cheese burgers and a lg water easy ice. Easy enough order you would think. I get my. Order? Which felt light considering the amount of food. Look in see no fries. Park and go inside and said that I had not received the fries to the lady again same person. She was quite rude. (When she says oh, I'm sorry I forgot) rudely. I got what I thought was the rest of my order only to get to where I was going to find only one cheese burger with mustard, catsup, pickle. Along with both drinks were packed with ice. 12oz is a large? I'm not feeding my dog condiments and had to get water elsewhere. 3-4 drinks threw the straw come on. I have to say it, I will not be a patron there again. The kids behind the counter instead of working were outside talking to friends in the parking lot. Very unprofessional staff. Inside store when I retrieved the rest of my order was not clean. I have never put this bad of a review up ever.

Not very well trained staff. Every 10 orders I'd say they mess up atleast 3 or 4 of those.

Place is filthy, rude short fat worker with above lip piercing needs to be fired as soon as possible. No customer service at all
EDIT: After reading other reviews this worker with the lip piercing is called out on multiple posts. Would maybe consider terminating her.

Cold food blasting music and got the order wrong.for 40 bucks next time I'll go to an actual restaurant lol.

My boyfriend and I are frequent late night indulgence goers. We LOVE LOVE LOVE JJ, he is so helpful, so kind, so informative, and hilarious too. He is the main reason we enjoy going to Jack in the box.

The food was very tasty.
I had the jalapeño poppers, loaded little tacos, and a shake.

Came by tonight around midnight after work, frendlyness at speaker and window. Food was hot and delicious. Best burgers on a Saturday night! Thank you Jack! And Ontario team

I've been sitting in line for 20 mins and they haven't even taken the order of the car in front of me yet. No clue why they are ALWAYS the slowest place in Ontario for service.

Great food, great service wasn't to busy JJ was awesome taking our order. Thank you for the food being good an hot:) y'all killed it for only one car being Infront of us

This store is perennially understaffed with shotty equipment, a broken drive through and with rude employees that have messed up my simple order (a #22 meal) 4 times in a row (just today) and has argued with me each time i try to get it corrected. I will no longer be a patron to this franchise. Zero stars, would not recommend.

I was ordering through drive thru. The lady was very rude had a piercings on her face Hickey's all over her very unprofessional in my opinion. Had attitude the whole time and got the wrong tenders This place sure has gone downhill. The past few years will not be returning to this Jack in the Box.

I work nights and always come to Jack's for lunch after 2am…Thank you for having a bilingual manager who always takes my order and prepares it on time and always hot

Insanely slow, I was locked in the drive through for over 20 minutes with two cars In front of me. Absolutely pitiful and ridiculous. When the food came it was cold and extremely low quality. Absolute trash. Prices have doubled and quality is at an all time absolute low. Like scraping the bottom of the barrel till you reach h@.

Service is always slow when I'm there, and sometimes things are forgotten in my order. 2 years later and I’m back with part 2. Please get the night crew together. I shouldn’t have to reorder my same order twice because a whole meal wasn’t with the first meal. Them management and the employees wanna have issues when bring my order back cause THEY messed up. Terrible service always at night and act like food portions are coming out of their checks, my wife got 4 Tiny Onion Rings

The negatives here are that they are often short-handed and short of supplies. But they have some wonderful employees who really work hard and smart and save the day, every day.

The order took 10 full minutes, all I ordered was the simple 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches. Normally the order goes well, but this time it took forever and I would not suggest this sandwich, the "hamburger" buns were quite moist, not firm as I would expect.

I had to explain to the person at the window 3 times that my order wasn't right and they acted like I was trying to steal food from them. No I'm sorry I wasn't I just wanted the food I paid for.
