Sam (owner) and her team at Jade Cleaning have been cleaning my home in Grants Pass for almost a year. They always do an incredible job. I have 3 kids, so our home gets pretty messy (hello toddler food fights!). Jade Cleaning makes my home sparkling each week. I've had at least a half dozen cleaners over the years. Sam is the most reliable. She does what she says she will do. She is always ontime unless she texts ahead to tell me she'll be late. Her work is excellent as is her work ethic. You can't go wrong. I am extremely pleased.

Their website gave open appointment option dates but when I scheduled one I got a text stating they had no open appointments for months.
The responder was also quite snarky about it.

I don't know how good or bad of a job they do, since they never bothered to respond to my email or give me a cost of services for my house.
