Incredibly unprofessional company here! They didn't show up on the night of their first job for my company, they simply emailed us that they wouldn't be able to make it just a couple hours before they were supposed to show up. They have been seen on camera footage literally sitting around and relaxing. The list of cleaning needs we have, has NEVER been done completely. This company is highly overpriced with a true low level of service and attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and shop around for a legitimate cleaning service because there is nothing professional about "Jan Pro" whatsoever. They are currently stealing money from clients based on not completing tasks that are written up in the actual contract. I have a copy of the contract if anyone wants to reach out and see proof of the type of bad business this company is currently getting away with. Truly DISGUSTING!
