J&C Bigfoot Grille, Lebanon OR

I had a plain Mac& Cheese and an order of fries. The fries were undercooked and limp and the Mac& Cheese was mostly a bland “cheese sauce” with a few noodles. The service was terrible and it wasn’t crowded. I will never eat there again.

We had J&C Catering take care of the food for our company party. They did a great job delivering and setting up hot and delicious food on time. Everyone enjoyed the food, and Christina was wonderful to work with. I would recommend both their catering services and their local restaurant.

Beautifully ran restaurant in downtown Lebanon. I highly recommend the steak, hands down the best and largest steak you'll get in town. The staff are always up for a good conversation. I'll be returning

Food is average, and the service is horrible. Puke in the men’s bathroom, food took forever, and maybe just only had one worker? Only one in the place and it took forever to get our food. Won’t be back

Food was really good, had an elk burger witch was awesome to have that option. If you want bbq go early in the day they sell out fast. Staff was really nice and everything was great will go again definitely.

Absolutely amazing! The Jalapeno Popper was wonderful & I so look forward to trying the stuffed mushroom! I had brisket with Peach sauce & it was great. Can't wait to go back!

I hate leaving bad reviews but the service my family received today was not great. We understand that these days you are gonna wait and more than likely your server won’t stop by your table to many times but what I don’t accept is when we get snarky comments from our server for asking for things we shouldn’t have to ask for, like dining utensils.

We ordered an appetizer and we wanted to cut the food so it could cool down because we have kids with we didn’t see our waiter until the rest of the food was brought to us.finally when the kids food came out the sever also didn’t have utensils with her so my wife asked her if we can get some silverware the server responded with “if I had four arms I would have brought it” she said it as if we offended her or we were being demanding

After that it was awkward my wife and tied to figure out why the person would be so rude for a simple request.

The sever never came back until we paid and to be honest the place wasn’t even that busy the server had time to help another person with a Halloween costume while we sat with empty sodas.

The food was good though and the kids love the Bigfoot statue outside so not everything was bad.

They lack customer service. She was snappy, rude, and upset because they had very little ranch, and we asked for some. I asked 2nd time because it had been 10 mins. Then we go it, and they don't make it anymore, its nasty now: (One of the favorite for the group is the ranch, and its gone. We have 15 people in the group. The only spot was the center of the building. Not made for large groups.

New menu. Great additions of meats, but miss some of the old burgers. Fun atmosphere on Saturday evening with live music, but then very busy and slower service. Used to be my go to place in Lebanon to take a guest, but looking for a new one.

Top bad you are so far off the I-5 freeway. Best cheeseburger and fry sauce I have ever eaten. Service was top notch also. Stumbled on J&C totally by accident while driving back to Albany from Sweet Home. Would like to try your sausage next time I am in the area.

Great place to grab a burger! They were very tasty, and well made. The customer service was ok, which I think can be improved but I get it they were probably having a bad day. Overall, a great place to grab a burger!

The family decided to have dinner at the most delicious place by far! I just had one of their "mediocre" burgers, as some would call it, and it is no where near that! If you think it's mediocre then you obviously don't know what good food taste like or your missing a few taste buds because it was phenomenal! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!

First off they completely changed the whole menu, second the food they changed it to is bad. I ordered chicken strips and they burnt the outside and it was super greasy plus the chicken inside was dry. Now I'm a pretty picky person, however this is the first place I've ever complained about chicken strips and the portion for price isn't very good either. 5 medium sized strips for with fries for $18. Not a fantastic deal, before they ruined the menu they gave you 2 giant chicken strips that were perfectly cooked, not greasy, and it was well seasoned on the outside so it wasnt too salty. I ended up not finishing the chicken strips and had some of my dad's pulled pork which was bland and dry. They used to have amazong atmosphere but when we walked in the place was dead. We were there for about an hour or so and only 2 other groups of people came inside to eat. And there were no other customers in or out that I saw.

Amazing as always. Love the jalepeno hush puppies. They have added a dinner salad, great addition. Very caring staff. They want to make sure you are accommodated. Sounds like they are having a really nice Valentine's dinner.
