I just learned that my tenant destroyed the house I've had since 1997. Hoarder level destruction. This was a very pleasant experience. Jim and Dawn were absolutely amazing to work with. They made what is usually a stressful experience, a wonderful experience! My brother had passsed away 3 years ago and the house had been vacant for 2 of those years, as my mom and i live in a different state than where my brother lived. My 81 year old mother just didn't want to deal with it and when her and I called and spoke with Dawn for the first time, my mom and I felt instantly comfortable! I contacted JD House Buyers because it looked like I was going to have a very short window to close on my house. I was under contract in another state and needed quick funding. I was really leery of the "we pay cash for your home" companies. But JDHB felt different. They were upfront, presented me with potential options, and gave me advice on the purchase of my new home. But perhaps best of all they were really happy for me when my closing date got extended giving me extra time to sell my existing home even though it meant we might not do business this time. I highly recommend you talk to them!

These guys were amazing at coming up with solutions and making sure its a win-win situation for all. We actually didn't end up using this company's service but they are absolutely amazing. They were good at making us feel comfortable about this whole process. Even though we didnt need them, Jim was still helpful in making sure we were all good and taken care of. Jim is amazing at reaching back up to follow up as promised. He is great at find what you need and getting you exactly that. I recently sold a duplex apartment building Jim and Dawn and the sale went exactly as they said it would. They handled everything very professionally all the way through closing in a timely manner.
