I have very high anxiety going to the dentist office. This is the second time I've been to the dentist Jed Norman. I honestly would recommend anybody going to him. One of the dental hygienist is very very friendly and she helped me with my anxiety very much. I would rather give birth to a baby then go see a dentist. That's how high my anxiety is when I go see a dentist. I wasn't any pain whatsoever.

Dr. Norman and his staff are fantastic! We have always been pleasantly greeted and treated fairly and kindly. The clinic is always clean and the staff is very professional. I have never had a pain or complaint while at his office. I feel like family when I am in his dentist office. He is the best dentist I have ever visits, and I have had my fair share. Thanks for being amazing!

Dr. Norman’s dental office helped me tremendously! Everyone can relate to the social embarrassment of losing a crown and having a gap in your front tooth. It makes it hard to chew … and smiling is out of the question. Simply overwhelming!

Understanding my distress, the office worked me into his schedule on short notice, then took the time to fully explain what was going on with my unsightly gap.

Dr. Norman is knowledgeable & kind, and his patience in outlining my options was amazing! Office Manager Kim went out of her way to accommodate my needs, and Jennifer lent a sympathetic ear when I learned my dental remedies were not going to be simple. Dr. Norman’s office made a difficult situation much better. I highly recommend them!

Excellent hard working staff and Dr. Jed is one of the nicest, down to earth people you’ll meet. If you need dental services definitely use this office.

I moved to Roseburg recently and needed a crown replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service and care I got here. Very down to earth folks and the crown is the best one I've ever gotten, and I have a few.it has done a lot to correct my faulty bite and it just feels so good to be able to relax my jaw. The cost is reasonable and they accept my medicare insurance plan, so it couldn't have worked out better. I am very grateful for the excellent work.

Can't say enough about these people.they got me in, it was an emergency.they worked through their lunch hour.five stars

My husband had fractured a few teeth when he had Cardiac Arrest 1yr ago.
I was worried about how he would do because he was going to have to have a Root Canal on one of his teeth and crowns from trying to fight with the ventilator.
OH MY GOODNESS Dr. Norman and his Wonderful Team did wonderful. I could actually get to breathe. My husband fell asleep during the procedure.

Jed started off nice. The whole office seemed to root for me. After three months he did all he could to scrape every dime he could. I told him to pull my teeth. HE decided to try and save some. Against what I wanted. Every time he saved a tooth or pulled one I was in so much pain. He decided not to care about that, as well. Jed and his practice are a fraud. After $5,000 he still was going to do a root canal on the CROWN he cost us$1000. He took us for a year for over $6000 and I still had tons of work to do. Always sick. Always in pain. ALWAYS ignored. Aspen did it all in 3 months and less than Jed had charged for so long on so many unnecessary appointments. I feel this office is a sham. Nothing was satisfactory. Especially when he would talk over my face about me to the aides as if I wasn't even there. Pretty weird. Rude. And only consistent in not listening to his patients. If it's a challenge he'll run you into the ground.

Everyone is so nice and the dentist and staff are hilarious and make every appointment as quick, painless, and fun as they possibly can!

I would rate my experience with Dr. Jed R Norman and staff as a 5 star. And top of the line service.
