Jeep West, Estacada OR

Jeep west installed a new limited slip in my f250. They kept me informed during the whole process and I am very happy with their work!

Ditch the 4X shops in PDX and make the trip to Estacada! Great Father & Sons team, Great service, and Great work.

Dave and his team are amazing. This is a shop you can trust 100%. We have sent Jeeps and trucks here for years. They will have my business indefinitely!

Don’t have motor work done here! Nothing but excuses, poor workmanship and i now have a vehicle which is less operable than it was when i brought it to this shop! That is just the short version of the BS…
Pay a little more have it done right. One more thing, if you value actual communication and honesty go elsewhere.update: they’ll tell ya its your fault and also criticize you and or your vehicle apparently? I stated facts in the review end of story.you had it 2 months, released it to me 3 times with the same problem… The most information I’ve received from you was just now in the reply to my review! I appreciate the rock solid communication…

Originally called 3.5 months ago to try and get an appointment.
You Get about one response for every 3-4 attempts to call/text.after 2 months of waiting, they can "probably get me in next week"
Next week has turned into 6 weeks with no response back.
If you are this busy you can afford to higher a receptionist to keep you bit more organized. What i hear of this place is nothing but good things, Sadly i cant say anything good. Definitely feel i overextended my generosity before leaving this review.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff of mechanics, fabricators and engineers. If you're looking for high quality work with a team you can trust reach out to Jeep West and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Awesome group of mechanics. They have the knowledge and the equipment to work on most any vehicle.

He will drop everything to help you and go out of his way because, he truly likes his profession and he has several times for myself. I was very happy with the service and level of knowledge. If your in to keeps this is the place to go for any kind of work. And also if your looking to buy one there are some already customized and ready to roll, and I know they are done right. I'm now a life time customer. We also went out to browns camp with them and had a lot of fun.

Great work and great prices. Would recommend to any and all jeepers to go here if they need anything done. Will be a returning customer

Brought in for lower gears and a locker. They still went through all the axles making sure the bearings and all were good, replaced the bad ones. Also ended up needing ball joints. Excellent job, quick turn around, super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus their rates are the cheapest out of all the shops around from what I can tell. I will absolutely recommend everyone go here.

Trust and Care - those are the two words I would use to describe my many experiences with Jeep West. I can honestly say there isn't a single other automotive place that I could say that about.

I am the type of person who is very hands on when it comes to repairs/service - I like to know what is happening, what specific parts are, what suspension components do, etc.etc. David and Chris at Jeep West are always willing to explain and walk me through what they're doing which brings a level of comfortability to the service you will not find anywhere else. I trust that they are making the right call on a repair, I trust that they are not up-selling me on something I don't need, and I trust them to keep my Jeep in a safe/comfortable driving condition.

I can't recommend Jeep West enough. David - thank you for caring and making my Jeep drive as badass as it looks!
