Well.perhaps this story about Jenny's is one reason I prefer sharing my experience eating out. In almost every instance, whether I give a high OR low review, the president of the company/corporation replies thanking me.if good for the positive feedback. If negative, for letting them know where they can improve. This is what can be expected from a reputable and professional company.

My experience yesterday at Jenny's was quite different.

By the way, if my previous visits had been less than adequate, this would be a one review.

What happened:
I had an appointment to get a pedicure. Before it, I was getting texts from the front room where they work on hair.

They were telling me to remove the photos I'd included in more than one rave (positive) review.

When I arrived, the owner, Jenny? Chimed in too telling me I should remove the photos I'd posted.

Why? One might ask. Without having the chance to ask I was informed that what I had posted wasn't "professional"!

Well, true enough. I've never been paid for my reviews. I share my experience so other people like me know what it's like being at different places. Since I'm not paid, by definition I'm not professional.

All of the above aside, even though I was surprised and had NO obligation to remove my photos (unless Google asked me to), without comment or hesitation I began deleting the photos I had posted about Jenny's.

They actually crowded around me watching and telling me to remove more.

I did this without disagreement until I could find no more pictures.

Of course, those of you who are at all computer savvy know that you can still see what has been posted to the web from any one and from any time.whether deleted or not.

Again, I had NO obligation to take the pictures down and if anything perhaps a responsibility to you, my loyal and numerous readers to have left them up.

Since I always ask employees who have no choice about being present if they or their bosses mind if I post publicly their pictures, (something I had done and received permission for here at Jenny's), when minds change I usually find it appropriate to go along.which I did here.

As to my current view of Jenny's Shear Bliss, let's say I'm more than disappointed and may just not return to a business that's so naive, unprofessional, provincial and plain aggressive in their conduct with me.

There do exist hundreds of not more near me where I am sure to feel much more comfortable.

I no longer can recommend Jenny's Shear Bliss for anything.

Changing from the two stars I just posted to one.

Staff was so nice, my kids actually liked it here and wanna make this their regular haircut place. Also can't beat the price and the haircuts came out so good.

Always had great hair cuts for the last 7 years. I referred my friend and she's had awesome results too. She is very picky about her hair.

Love them. Just got my hair cut by Jenny and my bf is getting his done now by the other lady and he is looking great. Reasonable prices. We will be coming back for sure.

Jenny and her partner/helper did an amazing job for our hair up do at my wedding. They showed up on time at our wedding venue with two suitcases of tools and big mirrors. They listened to our needs patiently and got everyone’s hair done very professionally. They are very friendly and we had a good time chatting while getting the hair done. The price is also very reasonable compared to other salons that I quoted.

Jenny is awesome. She has been cutting my hair for over 15 years and cuts my daughters' hair as well. Highly recommend!

Jenny and her crew are awesome and get to you quickly. Parking is a bit challenging sometimes but worth it. I go over as much as possible.

I have been going here since 2016. I love this place and I love and appreciate their play so much! They always do such a wonderful job, and they are fun to visit with and talk to you!
