1 (note this review is only based on a single phone call, but I think it's worth mentioning)
I was referred by a fellow business owner to call Jered when I was reaching out for assistance with filing a tax return. He answered his phone directly and provided me with upfront, honest, and useful information about how I should file my return. He didn't try to erroneously upsell me, and in fact let me know that my situation is one I should be able to file myself and backed it up with information that gives me the confidence to do so.
Just based on that call compared to what I'm sure most of us have seen in general in the world in terms of customer service and professionalism these days, I think he's definitely a cut above. I'll look forward to circling back around to him when I do have something more complicated to work on.
