It's disappointing when your insurance agent raises your rates for no apparent reason with the only justification is that parts for auto body shops have gone up. Actually never have had any contact from him, and wonder if he doesn't exist. Country Financial, you don't need people like this representing your customers. So Jeremey gets a 1 rating.
