Jessie exceeded all expectations when finding us a home! We were first time home buyers on a time crunch in an extremely competitive market moving to Medford (a town we had only visited once) from Texas. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made much more enjoyable by Jessie guiding us every step of the way. She helped us with everything start to finish-finding a mortgage company, finding the right area of town for us, FaceTime tours of houses, picking up our keys and meeting us at the house day of our arrival, etc. It was also an extremely competitive market with multiple offers on our house day of listing. She helped us write an offer that wasn’t out of our comfort zone, but competitive enough to get our house. She was always available by text/call and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Very patient with all of our oblivious first time home buyer questions and very kind. I remember thinking I’d like to have her as a friend when we move to Medford.
