Jiffy Lube reviews
20I specifically take my vehicle to this location the service is 5 star and they are truly the fastest crew I've seen under my van when I'm running low on tme.
Quick friendly service with oil change. However, I prepaid for tires initially expecting them same day. Was told after checkout that i would be able to get them the following morning. Showed up next day with no tires delivered. Employee that i spoke to seemed shocked that i would be told tires would be delivered sunday morning. Not able to process refund for credit card purchases until monday due to no mananger on site. Luckily i was able to make it to a competitor before they closed and purchase tires for $200 cheaper out the door.
Good guys, great service. Very honest shop. Gave me some advice about my Honda and a mechanic relative told me exactly the same thing after diagnosing my car. Wouldn't go anywhere else in town for service work.
I like the accessible location, quality of service and cost value of this Jiffy Lube. Special shout out to Jiffy Lube longtime team member Tim who knows his stuff, explains issues and options in understandable terms, and is always friendly.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was warned by everyone around me to never go to Jiffy Lube and I should have listened. I went to this location for a simple oil change. They tried to upsell me a bunch of services I did not need, as I recently had a big service done for my car at the dealer. After I drove away, I noticed a burning smell, but hoped that it was the cars around me. After a couple of busy days, I checked under the hood and found that the cap to my rear differential fluid had been left off by the employee there and fluid had sprayed all over, including onto my engine. I contacted customer service months ago and many times since and have not heard back. My car continues to smell like burning even though I replaced the fluid (and the cap, of course). YIKES.
Great service, everyone was friendly and professional. Could have cleaned the windshield better after chip repair.
I wouldn't come back here based on the customer service I received and the poor job they did with my oil change. My truck has never had a problem with leaking oil after an oil change before, when I got home after my service, there was several large puddles of oil on my driveway. I went back and was met with unkind service, blaming the leaking oil on a dirty catch pan and the oil spill coming out of the filter.
Assistant spent much of the time while I sat in nearby open lobby with mask below his chin and on.phone. I asked him to correct an error in the state abreviation (wrong state) of my license plate. He indicated he would do it next time I came in.
I suspect there won't be a next time as will seek another provider.
On 11/13/18 this Jiffy lube ripped the heck out of my daughter. Buyer beware, they charged her $70 for a simple oil change, she did not get an itemized receipt even after asking for one and the upselling was crazy.
Said they were unable to patch tire and wanted me to buy a new one, went to another location and patch went fine.
Very quick, friendly service. I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes tops. I think every employee who was working at the time either greeted me and/or wished me a nice day while I was leaving, and someone held the door open both when I was entering and when I was leaving the waiting room. Not something I would normally expect at a service station. Will definitely go back.
Bad experience, sadly. Went in for a basic oil change a month ago, got double-charged, still waiting for a long-promised check. Do not recommend.
I went in for an oil change. I was told I need new front brake pads. I got them checked out at Les Schwab and one hour later learned my brake pads are practically brand new. I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years, but don’t want to support a business that directly lies to me. I will not be coming back.
These people are crooks, don't get your work done here under any circumstances! We went in to get our air conditioning belt changed after it broke, instead they changed the alternator belt we DID NOT ask to have changed and were not informed they were doing until afterward. Then they made up lies that they told my husband beforehand.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LICATION. The worst experience of my life. Disrespectful, rude and after bringing my issue up nothing was done to bring change. Never going back to Jiffy lube because of this location after been a customer for years.
They try to take advantage of people who don't know about cars. On top of it, their services are way over priced. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.
Unfortunately I will recommend to take your business somewhere else if you value your time. Today I am currently witnessing 4 employees including the manager smoke cigarettes and eat candy instead of replacing my tires I purchased. Not a single other customers car here. No hustle, sense of urgency or professionalism. Simply bad business.
These guys are friendly and efficient and the two times I was there they did not hassle me about expensive add on services that I didn't need.
It was nice that when I went there the employee gave me a discount on my own oil change. I also enjoyed that they told me I needed a new belt for my car. I would have never known if it wasn't for them. Their prices are considerable two other mechanics in town if not less. The only issue that I would have would be that I don't feel the employees are as knowledgeable or have as much experience than a normal mechanics shop. I will continue to get my oil changed there but that would be all I would do there.
"Partners growing their business by expanding into mechanical work including but not limited to brakes, tires, spark plug r&r, and other services not normally accomplished by an oil change outfit. Good luck with that fellas.
