Not interested in going here ever again! Firstly, they raised their basic: " Signature Service" by $7 from last Nov. Insane. Also rough crew seemed confused.

Just stop by to get a cabin air filter and some windshield wipers and they always do amazing job even though I wasn't there for an oil change this time around maybe next time boy's.

Took to long because the workers kept talking. Coupon on line for services. You do not need filters changed because of time passes since last service if you haven't been driving

I went with my PT Cruiser and needed my Struts replaced an the spark plugs. The techs were AMAZING YALL walked me thru EVERYTHING and informed me of some other work that will be needed done in the future. I will always use THIS jiffy lube. They are wonderful.

My car died and a tow truck driver was able to get my hybrid started. They replaced my 12v battery quickly for $ 280. Josh was awesome and helpful!

Almost killed me.

Wouldn't recommend at all, went to get an oil change, air filter change and transmission fluid change. Ended up almost killing me by not installing the air intake on at all thus, stalling the engine and almost getting into crash - went back and they told me nothing was wrong then recommend me to an electrical place to see whats wrong.

I went to a mechanic and he told me everything they did wrong. Would rate a 0/10 if possible because I'm never taking my car there again.

This place will rip you off any chance they get. Very very very unprofessional and if they do something incorrect they all stand by each other and make it seem like they were right.
These guys are a total joke, do not take your car to this jiffy lube in Gresham and God forbid if something goes wrong they will deny that they did it and they'll all stand together and agree. The worst place I have ever taken my car to just to get an oil change not to mention they charged me $100 $100 for a synthetic oil change, they will rip you off.

Gentleman tried to upsell me for an additional service that they charge $69.99 for. That same something cost $5.99 OTC at any auto parts store.

Fast service, it does get very hectic with four or five employees asking you a number of questions all at time. I think it'd be less hectic for the customer if only one employees was in charge of asking all the questions. I left wondering if everything was completed accurately.

Great group of guys, fast in and out. They are not trying to upsale you anything. Best jiffy lube I been too. I drive across town to go to these guys, and I pass at least 3 other jiffy lubes to get there.

After finding out that I had waited 100 min for an oil change, he gave me 15% off. I'm not coming back but the discount was a thoughtful gesture.

Wed/Sun are the best days to drop off your car for anything major.

Nolan was the best! Put on a spare tire for me with no problem. He did it fast and effectively. Would definitely come back.

They need to listen to customers request. I had mentioned it twice to two different text that I wanted my oil and my coolant changed. When all was said and done my oil got changed.

Went on a sunday to get an oil change, due to the 'change oil' light being on. The techs couldn't get the light to turn off after the oil change. Had to come back Monday and have the manager do it.

Bad experience, they charge me more money for oil change, last time in march for oil change i paid $24,99 with $15 coupon in store on 11110 ne weidler and this guy want for same service $35,99, i want to leave but surprise tey drain the oil.so i paid $35,99.never go back in this store, for now on i do my oil change.

Close in my neighborhood, those guys are very accommodating. I went in once just to get air for my tires and NO problems no hassles no trying to sell me an oil change. They are always friendly.

Was having a cooling system problem in my truck and needed a quick diagnosis. I got that from this store in less than ten minutes. Free. Yes, free. Not $98 from Tonkin. On top of that, the friendly, helpful guy here pointed me to a Jiffy Lube preferred mechanic and gave me a 10℅ off coupon to use there. Sweet!

If they had negative stars that's what I'd give them. They shoved the wrong size cabin filter into my car after driving my car to buy one! I'll never go here again

Went because of the weather wasn't so good for an oil change and they tried to check everything and I could tell they were trying to scam me to spend a ton of money

They let me use a coupon but then told me I had a bunch if issues with my car. That I needed all of these services. They tried to turn my oil change into $150 worth of things. They don't show you, just say we tested all of this and it's not good. I had agreed to $100 worth of things before I realized they were just trying to sell me things and they weren't needed most likely.
