I always go to this Jiffy lube. I never have any issues at this location
At other locations I do seem to have issues always or just not the best service
Here I always get excellent service

Never again will I go here. They do not hold themselves or employees accountable.time for me to move on to another location. Fast lane oil change, will be my new place for oil changes.

What a great experience. Stopped in and got an oil change in less than 15 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I believe Jessie was the gentleman who helped me and he was exceptional. This location is not the closest one to me, however after my experience I will coming back to this location.

Jessie S. Was my technician. He was very professional and kind. I could tell he knew his job WELL! I was in and out quickly and the service was thoroughly wonderful. I WILL be back. Thanks to Jessie's outstanding service. Cold waters while you wait too. Nice waiting area and the entire experience was top notch!

Super friendly service technicians.
Went in for the free catalytic converter paint w/vin etching.
I cannot begin to tell you what a peace of mind that is.
I had come out to my car late one night to find a group of men standing around and one guy under my car. Took it in to the service department at my local Beaverton Toyota dealer and had them check my Toyota hybrid. Asked them for catalytic converter protection options and they said they don't offer that. Once my service warranty is up, I'll be taking my car to jiffy lube for tire rotations and services.

This visit started poorly. The person that guided me into the bay really pressured me to get out of my car, had a condescending tone, and did not check my brake lights/blinkers like usual.
Jose, however, was friendly, and helpful, so kudos to him.

The young man that I dealt with was great very polite and easy to talk to. Overall a great experience.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. I had a few things that needed done and the guy helped me find the best coupon for it.

Their listed hours are not accurate; I arrived a few minutes after 8am and the shop was still closed. I called at 8: 05 to check and was told it would just be a few more minutes and they'd open up. It's 8: 22 and I'm still sitting outside a closed shop with at least one employee inside. If he had just been honest with me about the length of time I would have understood; I could have gone and got coffee instead of sitting in 39 degree weather all this time.

Great experience! I had the air filters already purchased and they installed them free of charge. I even felt that they prioritized getting myself and my young daughter in and out, knowing we were waiting in our car instead of the lobby. I really enjoyed the customer service and felt that they were honest. As a young woman, I’m always worried about being pushed into adding things on that I don’t need, or being scared into buying something more. Fear not, as that was not a worry at this Jiffy Lube.

DONT GO HERE Husband went here because our usual place would be closed by the time he got off work and we desperately needed the oil change…. Called before they said it would cost 60. Once he got there he verified with the tech. He goes up to pay and it’s 109… for a 4 cylinder Honda…. Just and oil change…. He argued with the clerk. They said too bad. Manager comes down and says too bad gotta pay we’re closed now pay now. So he did. Never ever ever ever will go back and I suggest you never go either. I was so nervous to go here in the first place. I new someone who worked at a jiffy lube knowing nothing about cars and was promoted within months… that alone terrified me. But I was like well we need it and it’s just an oil change how bad can they mess up…. Welllll never again. Ok trust my gut and wait. DONT GO HERE

Jessie is a gem at this Jiffy Lube location. Integrity. Great communication skills. Cleared things up, went above and beyond, got the job done right.

Some of them are nice some arent. But just roll dice if you dont have an easy way to dispose of the used oil on your own

Daniel was amazing. He fixed my check engine light. His customer service was absolutely top notch. He deserves 5+ stars.
