Jiffy Lube, Albany OR

The guys at jiffy lube in Albany are quick and efficient friendly and have quality service! I take my vehicle there every time it needs an oil change.

On my previous oil change, my oil gasket/seal was installed incorrectly. The manager took care of my car and I received excellent service.

The guys were helpful, friendly, and even spotted a light out I needed fixed. Appreciate the great service!

When I got my car back there were two large black footprints on my light grey floor mat. There was grease on my dash and grease on the center of my steering wheel

Everyone was so courteous and polite. I never felt pressured into anything, though they did make suggestions but were very polite when I turned them down. Prices fit better into my budget. Will recommend!

Went in to get my radiator flushed was quoted one price and when I got there it was 20$ more. After that my Jeep now has a coolant code not sure if it’s because of the coolant flush or something else, maybe my thermostat I’ll leave that to someone who has computer that can hook up to the Jeep. At least the workers were kind.

Usually, my rating for them would be 5 stars, but my last visit was during a 90-degree day. I don't go often, maybe once a year, and I'm not sure if it was the heat or cause they had newer guys, but they definitely didn't do or check half the things on the sheet they gave me saying they did. The type of car I have, the filter is always a b***h to close, usually takes me an hour to close after opening and them 15-25 minutes with 2 guys working together. They didn't even check it at all. I'm hoping the service I got this time was just due to the heat but I'm definitely weary of the Albany location at this time.

I had a misfire on one so i had new plugs put in and then a when back cause I still had a misfire so they did the Coil pack when back and ask if the they check the spark plug the say yes seeing I still had a issue I try to get the spark plug out but couldn't it was on there good took it to. Another shop they was able to get it off for something that was Supposedly Take an apart and look at twice you. You wouldn't think it wouldn't be too hard to get off once I got it out it doesn't look like it was taken out the first time.

Added a new plug and No more misfire

Agreed on price of oil change and when finished it was higher due to fact the filter was not included in the cost. What a joke!

Process was fine, team was nice, but $82 for and oil change. Nope. Last time ill go there.
