12 The prior time I was in they broke the clip on the filter in the glove compartment. They said they would call with a replacement. Never happened.
I brought this up when checking in and no one ever did anything about it.

Service was friendly and very fast. In and out in maybe 15 min. The prices weren't the best ever but they do accept coupon codes from online, which helped me get $18 off. For a high mileage oil change and air filter replacement it was $72
The staff is really great about letting me know what is wrong/needs serviced with my vehicle. This last oil change and services earned me a free car wash at Champion. THANKS JIFFY LUBE
I just bought a used car. They checked my brakes all fluids and gave me some information on how the car runs. They hooked up the machine to detect any sensor alerts. I'm satisfied with the service
You may find a cheaper place to get your oil changed, but I gladly pay the few extra bucks to come here just for the excellent service! I've been going to the Garden Valley location for about 3 years now and I see the same people every time, so it's nice to know you aren't going to a place with inexperienced people. All their techs are very polite and professional (Justin is my favorite) and they even offer complimentary car washes on occasion at the automatic car wash next door. I always leave there with a smile!
