Gentleman working there we're polite and very knowledgeable in regards to multiple vehicles! I know it's just an oil change but was the best experience I've ever had

Great for DEQ. However, they look for anything to sell you and try to give you a standing deal that is only good for that instant.

Absolutely unprofessional store manager allows employees to use profanity towards customers and community members 1 star wouldn't reccomend this location to even my worst enemy

Quick service, Friendly.
Every other jiffy location I've been to always checks my head lights, break lights and turn signals. I didn’t get that service here.
Also something that seemed really off and sketchy to me was one of the main guys asked if I had full insurance coverage, I said I did, and he proceeded to ask me to pull it out and show him, as I’m pulling it out, he says he could take a quick pic, because I have little rock chips on my windshield. States its they could fix them at no extra time and it’s fully covered under insurance. They would go ahead and then bill my insurance after. I declined the “service”.
Never have I ever had anyone do that.
Not satisfied, and I will not be back to this location

Extremely fast service and the staff is really friendly. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube.

We visited as it was advertised that veterans could receive a complimentary oil change on Veteran's Day. What was not said was they only would honour that on the federally recognized Veteran's Day, not necessarily on actual Veteran's Day. We will not be going back.

The staff here was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgable! They provided quick and thorough services. They were very respectful with my vehicle and I left with everything working better than expected. Thank you guys! A very satisfied customer here! Keep it up:)

Just got back from a visit with them. Shout out to Mark and the crew working at around 11am for checking my tire breaks, wheels, PV Joints, and the like! Really needed it for this big trip for school! Thanks guys!

Josh and his crew are fabulous and truly take care of you and your car needs! Very friendly employees and James is always truthful with what your car needs. We always enjoy coming her to get our oil changed on both cars. We travel from North Plains just to come here! Very worth it.

They cost too much for an oil change, and now my car is making a high pitched squeak sound. And if course they can't fix it because they can't hear it, it makes the sound as soon as i turn on my car. I don't think they even changed the filter when they did my oil.

So I ruined my own drain plug.took it just down the street from my house to Jiffy Lube.and they jumped right on it. Didn't take long at all for the Tech to remove the plug that I messed up. They used my oil and filter, checked tire pressure and under the hood fluids and were finished in no time. Pretty cool group of guys!

Went in for a radiator flush. Specifically stated that I needed the heater core flushed and they said their system did it all. Drove back to my shop and no heat. Called them and they gave me a song and dance about how you can't get all of the rust out with a flush which is bull. I have gone to other places and they make sure to do the heater core and run water and/or coolant until it runs clean, which is how we do it too. Never again.

Was in and out in no time. Not pushy about any upsells. Let me know that my brakes will need to be replaced soon. Will defiantly be coming back in the next few weeks to get the brakes taken care of.

They will drain your oil before they gave you options.and they will charge you more than the dealear for oil change for same grade of oil

Came jn for an oil change/air filter this time around. The customer service here is great and they do a pretty good job taking care of people who don’t like to do this work by themselves. They have coffee and tea in the lobby and the waiting area is clean.

I guess this jiffy lube is going to start doing small scale maintenance work. Radiators, brakes, and stuff like that.

Changed the oil. Told me the ford dealership i take my ford to put the wrong fluid in power steering and i needed to change out. Find hard to believe. Certified ford technician or. Your call, id keep rollin on by

Mechanics put wrong transmission fluid into my vehicle. When confronted about it during the incident the location owner lied about the replacement fluid being "NS-7 compliant, which is better than Nissan's NS-2. "

To add insult to injury they repaired 1 of the 3 rock chips in my windshield that I indicated. To add further insult to injury they messed up the insurance claim for said rock chip.
