Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare, Milwaukie OR

I generally don't go here because of the rude employees. I recently had an emergency and this was the closest place. It was a simple problem with a simple fix. There is really no excuse for the poor customer service here. Now I will go out of my way to avoid this place even in an emergency.

I was kinda disappointed. I went to get top-up service and a small rock-chip windshield repair. I had to ask them to check the air in my tires, and I had to ask about resetting the low-tire-pressure warning light.

My biggest gripe is that the rock chip is still there. I'm giving 3*** only because there was no cost to me, but it does bother me that they billed my insurance for the windshield repair that wasn't actually repaired.

Super nice guys. Service was quick despite being busy. Thank you for the oil change & the engine compartment filter replacement.
And Danyle totes looks like Tom Cruise.

Excellent service! And they did quick diagnostics, helped me a lot. Cleaned my windows, helped clean inside windows and gave me a great affordable price without trying to oversell me. Fast service. Nice people

I have been getting my oil changed with Jiffy Lube for about 10 years. I went there to have my fluids topped off, windshield washer fluid, do this for free. Always great customer service.

I went to get an oil change. I was almost immediately told that I have a large oil leak and that they couldn’t do the oil change as I needed to see a mechanic. I went right to the mechanic. I do not at all have any sort of oil leak? I went to Valvoline and got a oil change no problem
Also, the employee called me sweetie which was a bit creepy. Especially in a professional setting.

Was quoted $80 for an oil change on the phone. When I arrived I presented a coupon for $22 off. The price of the oil change was then changed to $95. Was told at a previous appointment that my radiator cap was broken and they were trying to charge me for “special coolant”. I refused to pay and went to my dealership, nothing wrong with the cap. Will not be returning.

I will never go back to the this location. Because I was very adamant about not wanting to have them use the "recommended" oil for my car and I said I wanted the conventional oil instead the guy who was actually changing my oil very rudely commented on my request and yelled so everyone could hear, "fine if her car blows up, it's not on me. " I feel that his comment was very rude and very unnecessary. If you have something rude to say about a customer, don't say it in front of them and all of the other people there.

Went in for regular oil change/service. The team had high attention to detail and did a few extra checks and clean up items per my request. Will definitely return to this location.

Came in for a top off, two cars were ahead of me. Four guys on the floor, two of them standing around with their hands in their pockets. It took probably 15 minutes or so before someone came over to help me, and the team had obviously not communicated because he started to check me in for an oil change. These guys need to brush up on procedure and communicate better with each other. I’ve been going to jiffy lube for the last 7 years, worked for them for 5 years and i was very underwhelmed. I stopped at this location because i was in the area but after my experience i’d rather drive the 20 minutes out of the way to my usual spot.

Went in cause my car said "change oil". I was told I still had 2000 miles before my car was due. They checked my oil all was good. The check oil sensory was reset and I was on my way.

Good job in changing the oil and filter. My only complaint was that Jiffy Lube does not stock the 0-30 oil my car requires.

I go to Rick at Andy's on Powell, and it's more affordable. Plus, they have a wider knowledge base on the many facets of cars. Plus, Rick is cool.

Went for a transmission and power steering swap.very helpful and accommodating.even polished up the windshield repair i did myself.

These guys rock. They offer great service, no pressure services, and honest information. I was pleasantly surprised by this crew and the value I got by bundling a few services together. I was in and out in a very timely fashion also with no appointment.

Came in to get oil and under carage gress and and ended up geting cooling flush to, they have new management and I was very pleased with service

I had my oil changed here back in August and went in for another change today at a Midas. After taking my car into the garage the Midas employee informed me that during my last oil change the oil plug had been stripped and they could not perform the service until a new one came in (thankfully they will get the part on Monday and they were fantastic about it). I initially tolerated the fact that the Jiffy Lube oil change took well over an hour from the time my car was jacked up, and the fact that the employees were quite condescending to me throughout the whole service, but now with this information I feel the need to warn others that this particular location is liable to mess your car up and to treat you poorly, especially if you're a woman showing up for service alone. The guys at Midas also told me that it's possible the oil pan itself was destroyed in the process, which will be a much costlier and more time intensive repair (they won't know for sure until they can get the plug out next week). If that's the case I will probably be in contact to complain to Jiffy Lube management directly. I almost never write bad reviews, and I don't like to give service employees a hard time, but this time I feel it is well deserved.

What a joke! Was told 20 or 30 minutes but waited easily double that. I understand unforeseen delays, but there was zero communication. After waiting silently and patiently, I finally got out of the car to ask what was going on, and was meant by a tattooed individual who made several reasons/excuses, none of which were apologies or excepting responsibility.
While I was waiting, the new guy wash my windows. While doing so he leaned against the car and left large grease marks on the fender and hood. I will never go back!

Millions times better than the valvoline oil change place off webster. Braden did an amazing job on mar g 7th. Will be back
