Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare, Happy Valley OR

I always does my oil change here for my vehicles. The staff are very nice and helpful, until i ask the manager to check on my brake pad and told me that it needs to be change as soon as possible, so i ask for an estimate and told me it’ll cost me 900$ and i ask to show me his estimates, and gave me this paper. I felt very uncomfortable when he gave me this paper and i ask one of his co worker he can show me the full estimates cuz i want to see why it’ll cost 900$, and he told me that this is how they estimate, i told them i’ve been going to jiffy lube “this location specially” to get my car fixed and get oil change all the time and they always show me the full list of what were going to do in my car. I trusted this location a lot before but when this experience happened to me it’s very hard to trust them again.
PS. The picture i posted it the estimate. That manager really broke my trust. Correct me if i’m wrong, i just never see this kind of estimates

I will not visit this service again, today was the last straw.they are not professional, not polite and a lot of rudeness

The guys there today (11/21/23 around 4 PM) were so nice and helpful for my oil change. They seriously deserve a raise.

Highly recommend this location! I pulled up 5 minutes before close for an oil change because I didn't realize they had changed to winter hours. I said I could come back tomorrow but they insisted and had me in and out within minutes! I really appreciate their customer service!

Absolute scam, i watched the guys from the lobby and the one '' changing'' my oil replaced the filter and put the plug back with old oil still pouring out, when i told that to the guy at the office his answer was, '' you never get all the oil out, '' i replied "' i do when i do it by myself'' him: '' well we dont have half an hour '', wow, you mean to tell me you dont have time to do your job properly? Tho you charge me 110 bucks for the 5 mn you worked on my car, you lost a client jiffy lube, one day somebody will film you and make you viral, i hope,

The guy's at this location were so nice and very knowledgeable- The prices at Jiffy Lube are very reasonable and competitive-

UPDATE 09/02/2023 - The owner replies to all of the reviews but is not actually interested in resolving any type of issue or working with customers. This location cost me over $1000 due to admitted negligence (the manager told me that they likely replaced my serpentine belt incorrectly, resulting in it snapping the next day and me being stranded in Yakima, WA). I have reached out multiple times trying to at least see some accountability on there part. Still have not even received an apology from the owner. I received a 2 line email from the owner that says that I am most likely wrong about the serpentine belt and that it is probably a bad pulley. Once again, still negligence on part of the employees, why wouldn't they have said the pulley was bad? What about the "quality inspection" done by Vincent (who has other negative reviews on here) ? This was at the beginning of July, I never received a reply after I started questioning on why his employees never informed me of supposed other issues with my vehicle. Now I know why everyone told me to never go to Jiffy Lube. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

06/20/2023 - Improperly replaced serpentine belt. Snapped while on a road trip and on the freeway in Yakima, WA with a car full of cargo the next day. $1400 later (rental car, tow dolly, new belt, battery, and alternator) and all I was offered was a $105 refund for the belt replacement. Not even an apology was offered to me.

People forget an apology or some sort of accountability can go a long way.

Not only was the oil change going to be way more than the dealership- they hit my door handle on the lift leaving red paint on the white paint of my new 4 Runner

I got my brakes done at this location. I waited for the job to get done in their waiting lobby. While I waited I witnessed very honest and economical suggesting to their customers car mataniance. Their price was competitive also. I will defenenatly go back again. Oh ya, great customer service.

I got in pretty quick.not a professional sounding group.but I got my job done and was thankful to leave.

Nice place and quick oil changes, the tires (if you order) can take some time to arrive and can cost however the tires are also vary high name brand tires and work well generally.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. They were laughing at me and my fiance for asking a question. Wouldn't speak to us kindly, had major attitude in every sentence they spoke to us. Very very rude. I will never go back to this store. This is not mt firTbad experience. I brought a lowered car there a year ago and was unsure if I could fit in the bay they said "oh yeah you have enough room you won't scrape" I said "okay, let me know if it is going to hit" they made me damage y whole front end because they weren't paying any attention to how low my car at the time really was.

Nothing but a bunch of dishonest cheats! They drained the oil from my car without my consent when i simply asked how much it would be to get my oil changed! When i asked to speak to someone in-charge i was told "well, you were going to get your oil changed anyway, right? "
they told me i would be given a discount as an apology but in the end i was charged full price!
I WOULD *NEVER* RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION BASED ON HOW I WAS TREATED BY JASON AND HIS STAFF
