Very poor service, agent never answers and is unwilling to respond to emails or calls. Left Jill and never been happy.

I set up a meeting to interview Jill. She was very thorough answering all my questions and there was a lot. I discussed what I was looking for in an agent & how she could help me. I made the decision to have Jill Verboort be my new agent. I have been very happy with Jill and her team. They are quick to follow though. If I leave a message they call back the same day, & if they aren’t sure they find out. My rates have gone down & I have more coverage than I use to.
